魔花人偽裝 is found in the 奇怪的水果 treasure, which is located east from Vol'mar north entrance. Go along the road you'll see water, find 鬆軟的土壤 near the water. Click on it, it will transform into a tentacle which throws you on the tree with the 奇怪的水果 treasure.
Loot is 奇怪的綠色水果, after 14 days becomes 熟透的奇怪水果 with 魔花人偽裝 in it.
魔花人偽裝 transforms you into a Podling. Combine with 無盡的司諦迦納蘑菇酒 for fun to transform every Humanoid around into Podling.

For some reason, I already had this item in my toy box before opening the fruit. Can't find any other source for it though so I have no idea how I already had it.
