Apart from this and Herod's Shoulder (including its heirloom variant, Champion Herod's Shoulder) does anyone know of any other pieces of shoulder armor that go on one shoulder and not both. I would be grateful for any information.

To give all inforamtion in 1 post;

This used to be a drop from Rend Blackhand from the raid-instance Ipper Blackrock Spire (UBRS).
This raid instance has been removed in patch 4.0.3a, and now exists as a 5-man-dungeon Blackrock Spire.

However, the loot itself was removed from the loot-table much earlier. Around patch 1.0.3.

So basically: this item has been removed from the game.
