In 6.0 (Warlords of Draenor) there is no real way to "farm" these - meaning they don't drop from any mobs currently in-game.

There are 3 sources:
1. Work Orders in your garrison
2. Trading in 25 原始之魂 in your garrison. (Click the "sold by" tab to view the vendors.)
3. Daily tradeskill recipes (such as 鍊金催化劑 from Alchemy)

It's crazy that these cost 25 Primal Spirits. That's half of a Savage Blood, which is way more valuable. You're better off getting Savage Blood, selling on AH, and then buying the Sorcerous off the AH.

From some tests (with Follower bonus active):

Total Work Orders 260
Sorcerous Fire 45 17%
Sorcerous Air 37 14%
Fractured Temporal Crystal 1040 400%

Sample size is low, but I guess an average of 15% is quite reasonable.
