Is this better than http://www.wowhead.com/?item=13311#sold-by ?

I have the Mithril Mechanical Dragonling and he is lvl 50 and I am lvl 61. The people in the comments of the above posted link are saying their non-Mithril Mechanical Dragonling levels with them, so, the lvl 73 mage has a lvl 73 Dragonling. This doesn't seem to be true when I level up. What's the deal? This one has more expensive mats and I don't know if I should waste my time trying to get the Schematic for the above posted link to try it out.

the mithril dragonling does not scale with your engineering skill. but the arcanite and mechanical ones do. In any case you should still make a mithril one if you are in the 40's, 50's. As you can switch to trinkets while the others are on CD

The only low level engineers that can buy the recipe are Alliance, as Ruppo is hostile to Horde.

Horde engineers need to have 415 skill to use the Wormhole Generator to teleport to the other vendor. Which of course by that time, this Dragonling is useless.

I picked up a bunch of these during Winter Veil. There are 5 limited quantity patterns in a short area.

Fly into Aerie Peak.

Down in Wildhammer Keep, there's 設計圖：秘銀鱗片護腕 sold by 哈爾甘 and 圖樣:夜景護肩 sold by 尼奧瑪. My impression is that 圖樣:夜景護肩 is slower to respawn, of the two.

Over past the lodge (the name of which I can't recall) there's a little gnome shack up in the hillside. That's where you get 圖樣:鐵羽護肩 from the gnome outside, and 結構圖：秘銀機械幼龍 from the gnome in the shack. The LW pattern is vastly slower respawn than the schematic.

Then, over on one wall of the Ruins of Alterac, there's 布洛金 who sells 配方：冰霜之油 on what seems to be a very random respawn.

Go pick up Greenchly items (and maybe xp, if it's actually being fought when you get there).

If you can't get a portal back to IF, do the rounds of the patterns again, and fly home from Aerie Peak.

My AH activity is set for at least a few months. :D

Here's how to obtain the Engineering schematics 結構圖：機械幼龍, 結構圖：秘銀機械幼龍 and 結構圖：奧金幼龍 from 凱伊‧吐吉 in Shadowlands:

1. Pick an idle alt or make a new on for this purpose only as you wont be able to do anything else with the char during the process of obtaining the schmatics.

2. Learn (Vanilla) Engineering from your local Engineering trainer in Eastern Kingdoms/Kalimdor. (You only need the first skill point)

3. Head over to Northrend and learn Northrend Engineering from either available Engineering trainer in Borean Tundra, Howling Fjord, or Dalaran.

4. If you already have a 蟲洞產生器：北裂境 in your Toybox or can afford buying one on AH, you only need to skill Northrend Engineering up to 40 for being able to use the wormhole generator. If you don't have it nor can afford buying one, you need to skill up your Northrend Engineering to 60 so you can learn how to craft your own. 5. Use your 蟲洞產生器：北裂境 each fourth hour (it have a 4 hour cooldown) for checking which options you are given. The usual options are:
Borean Tundra
Howling Fjords
Sholazar Basin
Icecrown
Storm Peaks.
If these are the only options, you can simply leave the wormhole as it is and it will despawn.
We also have a sixth option that appears rarely named Underground... Click this option if it appears, and you get teleported to...

6. Dalaran! Or rather a closed section of the sewers where you will share the area with 凱伊‧吐吉.She might already have some schematics for sale, but only if you are lucky. If she do not have them all, you can simply park your character here until server restarts.
The schematics will spawn when the servers are restarted - but only 1 in stock of each!. You might be stuck here with this char as long as a week, depending on when your region have server restart. Or even longer if someone buys out her stock before you! And here are no facilities here but your eventual toys.
You can heartstone/wormhole out at any time, but you wont get an easier time back than having to repeat step 5.
