For those who wish to track this trinket proc...
the buff for this trinket is called Ferocity (15% chance, 85 second CD)
Depending on the fight, it can account anywhere from 1-6% of your damage done, defiantly an AoE trinket.
For single target trinkets, i suggest 必然的結果 and 哈洛姆的咒符.
For AoE trinkets, I suggest 必然的結果 and 暴怒符印.

The cleave proc doesn't hit the primary target, which sucks for single target fights and there are alot of those, so in single target you only benefit from the agility proc making this trinket less desirable, on aoe fights like Garosh this shines, and the procs from this may actually cause lag spike because of all the damage happening at the same time.
In my opinion they should make the cleave hit 5 target with the primary target included in those 5 targets this won't buff it's aoe dmg but will give a little bit dmg on the single target too (in single target situation it won't proc as often to surpass 哈洛姆的咒符)

I ended up with just about all the SoO flex trinkets on my 553 BM hunter and tested them out to see which would dps the most. I'm sure 哈洛姆的咒符 and 暴怒符印 probably are great for aoe, but using the target dummies in SW did not prove it, even though I picked the 4 dummies closest together. Here are the results I got:

必然的結果 and 滴答作響的黯黑引爆器 152k & 159k, 155k average
暴怒符印 and 滴答作響的黯黑引爆器 147k & 154k, 150k average
暴怒符印 and 必然的結果 145k & 153k, 149k average
必然的結果 and 哈洛姆的咒符 142k & 151k, 146k average
哈洛姆的咒符 and 暴怒符印 133k & 146k, 139k average

Each number is from about a 4-5 minute test, through one Stampede CD to normalize crits & procs, and is live in-game patch 5.4.2. Hope this helps you decide what to keep if you get extra trinkets :)

I got this on a bonus roll when trying for the leather boots off spoils. At first I thought okay cool not gold I could use another dps trinket. Aoe proc sounds sick. Having Haromm's was amazing for both feral and Guardian, figured this would be good too. Could not have been more wrong. This thing is junk, the chance the aoe chance is low and way too unreliable. The agi proc is nice but again you don't have control over it so it's eh, and there are zero stats on it. Sticking with my Throne of thunder trinket until I get lucky with either the one from the shredder or sha boss.

even dots also proc, i just test it with my hunter. I put a Serpent Sting on 1 dummy, then watch it ticks. it procs.
the dot from the explosive trap also proc although it's hard to notice.

but the snakes attacks from the snake trap dont proc.
your pet attacks also does not proc.

I sometimes get 10 instead of 5 hits of the same damage, so it seems as if the damage caused by the cleave can also cause another cleave

Speaking as a Guardian druid, this is a pretty bad trinket to use in SoO fights. The target that procced the cleave isn't hit by the proc, so it's useless in single target fights... which is most of the fights in SoO. Even in multi-target situations, it's not very good unless you're hitting a -lot- of targets at once. (Say, for example, pulling all of Grim Batol in one go. The cleave alone made up ~10-12% of my damage done!)
