I plan on using this set in conjunction with the Primal Strike set and the Pvp Shoulders and Helm combo... 2 full sets and 1 partial is a nice combo.. also yields a lot of slots for gems.. uncluding 1 meta gem.. <--- plan on using the Relentless Earthstorm Diamond

If you need more stamina for this set, then the new armor kits recently introduced in the 2.3 patch will be very handy here. Heavy Knothide Armor Kit provides you with with 10 stamina, and can be used on head, chest, shoulders, legs, hands or feet, and only requires three pieces of leather to craft.

Add to that the 30 stamina (and 10 agility) from Clefthide Leg Armor which is fairly cheap to craft compared to the epic version, and you have an extra 50 stamina on your set, before you even think about filling all those gem sockets.

I agree that this set lacks stamina, which is undervalued in a raiding environment. After all, the number one cause of low dps is death.

Still, pvp gear is super easy to come by nowdays, and is pretty much considered entry level raid gear at this state of the game. It lacks hit rating, but is high in stamina.

My rogue alt uses the fel leather set, and a few merc glads, and a brutal piece, all gemmed for hit, and he has more hit rating and stam then he knows what to do with. Good enough for ssc at least.

Some quick math for this set. If gemmed purely for hit & agi using Glinting Noble Topaz you would cover the red & yellow sockets with 7 of these giving you the socket bonus for all three pieces.

Totals:
+28 Agility (28 from gems)
+95 Hit Rating (67 from the set & 28 from gems)
+3.7% Critical Strike Chance (3% from the set & .7% from gems)
+172 AP (124 from the set, 28 from gems & 20 from Socket Bonus')

All in all, not a bad set. Stamina and more Agility can be made up from other pieces gathered along the way to 70.
