Guild reputation can be gained by turning in quests, killing PvE bosses in a guild group, or PvPing in a guild group.

In Mists of Pandaria, the weekly cap for guild reputation you can earn per week has been removed. Between this and the limit on daily quests being lifted, you can grind reputation out pretty quickly.

You can speed up reputation gains through reputation buffs like 外交 (full list here).

There are two guild tabards that increase reputation: 輝煌公會外袍 requires Friendly and boosts guild rep gains by 50%, 知名公會外袍 requires Honored and boosts guild rep gains by 100%.

When you join a new guild, you lose one rank of reputation. So if you were Exalted with your old guild, you'll be Revered with your new guild.

Guild Leveling

Quests and daily quests that grant player experience.

Scenario: 3 guild members present

Dungeon: 3 guild members for 50%, 4 guild members for 100%, 5 guild members for 125%. More experience for heroic dungeons.

10 player Raid: 8 guild members. More experience for heroic raid.

Rated Battleground: 8 guild members

25 player Raid: 20 guild members. More experience for heroic raid.

Old Raids: 10 guild members

Guild Dungeon Challenge: 7 total per week, for each.

Guild Scenario Challenge: 15 total per week, for each.

Guild Challenge Mode Dungeon Challenge: 3 total per week, for each.

Guild Raid Challenge: 1 total per week, for each.

Guild Rated Battleground Challenge: 3 total per week, for each.

Guild RewardsGuild Vendors

The guild shirts aded in Mists of Pandaria incorporate the guild logo and come in a variety of styles. To learn more about shirt styles, check out our guide to shirts.

Guild battle pets are not cageable.

You can transmog your capes to look like guild capes in Mists of Pandaria.

雷霆翠玉雲蛟韁繩 requires level 85 and 專家級騎術 to learn after purchasing it at Exalted. It requires level 90 and Exalted with Order of the Cloud Serpent to ride.

騎乘: Increases speed while mounted by 10%. Not active in Battlegrounds or Arenas.

快速爐石: Reduces the cooldown on your Hearthstone by 15 minutes.

生者與死者: Increases health gained when resurrected by 50% and increases movement speed while dead by 10%. Does not function in combat or while in a Battleground or Arena.

公會郵件: In-game mail sent between guild members now arrives instantly.

行動銀行: Summons a Guild Chest that allows access to your guild bank for 5 min. Only guild members with guild reputation of friendly and above are allowed to use a Guild Chest.

: Brings all dead party and raid members back to life with 35% health and 35% mana. A player may only be resurrected by this spell once every 10 minutes. Cannot be cast in combat or while in a battleground or arena.

Guild Interface

The Guild Tab is your default go-to tab when you press the Guild button (J). It gives you a summary of your guildmates' latest acomplishments, your guild's level, your own reputation standing with this guild, as well as an on-glance preview of you next guild perk.

The Roster Tab is the one place you need to go if you want to find out something about your guildmates. Virtually everything is there - characters, levels, zones, professions, notes, activities, achievements. All you need to do is go to the tab and select the appropriate option from the dropdown menu in the top right corner to filter appropriately.

The News Tab allows you to see what your guildmates have been doing lately. The news filters give you the ability to leave only the types of news you are interested in. The current filters include: guild achievements, member achievements, raid encounters, epic items looted, epic items crafted, epic items purchased, and guild levels. You can select any combination of those 7 filters.

The Rewards Tab the panel you will consult with when you are browsing your guild's rewards. It has a long long list of all the possible items you can purchase from your guild vendor. You can see the gold price, the reputation requirement, and the achievement required to unlock each one of the rewards.

The Info Tab is a simple tab that displays your upcoming events (created with the Calendar), the Message of the Day, and your guild information. It is also the new home for the "Add Member" and "Guild Control" buttons.

I do not know if this is specific to MoP, but *all* quests that are done at level (i.e. you get or would get experience if not at max level) now contribute an uncapped 60k guild experience per quest so now lower guild levels can be done solo in a matter of days instead of months! With some dedication and creativity an single player could level a guild to 25 all by himself, if he's is somewhat insane that is...

I believe starting areas provide the best opportunity to utilize this change, provided you choose a race that receives mail at time of roll...

1) Roll toon
2) mail class appropriate Heirlooms
3) ginvite the toon (typically easiest to have a 2nd account or guildie do this)
4) rofl-stomp for an hour or two, if you have a 2nd account or buddy, use a sandstone dragon to get around faster.
5) mail back heirlooms
6) Delete toon
7) Repeat

Monotonous as all get out but pound for pound prolly the fastest way to crank guild exp solo.

Alternative way if you are all alone and lvl 74 - 83 and haven't quested much in Zul'drak:
1) Go to Argent Strand and try to get quests from Commander Kunz
2) If he doesn't offer Pa'Troll then do some of the quests he gives you until you *can* get it.
3) This quest leads to 4 sub-quests, once you get 280% flight speed you can do all but the alchemist portion in under 8 minutes with practice so...
4) Do the first 3 sub quests, then abandon Pa'Troll, return to Commander Kunz
5) Go back to Commander Kunz, pick it up Pa'Troll again

Once you ding 77 try to get Cata Gear to speed things up, by the time you hit 80, encounters should be laughable and your toon xp should be almost nothing so you will not ding 83 for a looooooooooooooong time... if you hold to the 3 subquest done every 8 min or less, you should hit almost 24 turn-ins/hour meaning almost 1.4 million guild exp/ hour in a steady stream making it easier to determine how much more grinding you need to do to get the next guild level...

Since 5.0.4 every level appropriate quest (Green and above) counts for exactly 60,000 guild experience.
This information might be important for people who are solo-leveling a guild.

Some quests like a few quests in starter areas and quests in pandaria starting point (you cannot invite panda toons to guild until level 13~14 anyway) and grey quests does not give you guild experience. Other than Any quest from 1-90, that counts towards 3000 Quests Completed gives this experience.

If you are leveling a guild. I leveled up my guild with RAF Recruit-a-friend) Multiboxing 5 toons. which made it faster. If you are using the same way to level your guild:

Drop quests that require you to loot N items (none-corpse) because they will slow you down. you need to look for them, loot them and mostly they do not spawn as fast as you need.
Quests in Azeroth which require you to kill a mob and loot a drop, will drop that item for all party members from same corpse.
Currently some quests do not drop item from same corpse for all party members. These quests include some quests in outland and almost all quests in Northrend. This does not apply to boss mobs (e.g. head of a named mob).
RAF allows you to access more quests and you will not stop because of chanined quests that you don't want to do because it takes forever. Also you will not get bored.
When doing this in multibox, try to choose different races for your toons so you can have guild achievements like A Class Act or Classy Draenei etc.
Get out of the Dungeon Finder! Each dungeon gives you 300,000 guild experience after killing last boss. This is equal to finishing a quest with 5 toon at same time which is way faster than a dungeon.
The best place for leveling guild is Azeroth (level 10~60 areas) which you have least spells and

Don't let the number 14262 scare you. If you do it in group of 5, you only need to do about 2850 quests.

I feel bad perculia that i found this guide to late. im sure you have seen the new beta for warlords about guilds. if not i dont mind sharing what i noticed about the new data on the guilds.

Great guide, lots of info. FYI - 雷蛟幼龍 is no longer sold at guild vendors, regardless of having previously completed the requisite Guild Challenge Mode achievement. Should still be available on BMAH, just not from guild vendors.

looks good but I have one question: a number of places I've seen that if I'm exalted in one guild and move to another i wind up at revered... but do I wind up at the top or the bottom of revered? Do I need one quest or 84 to get back to exalted?

It's worth noting that the Guild Challenge gold is only awarded on current expansion content as of Dec 15th, 2015, and not on ANY lower level content. Found this out the hard way.

Do the 10 guild members need to be in the raid at the time it's run, or just on the roster? I have a guild I use as a bank for my altos, and I wanna get some of these mounts but don't want to join a different guild. I'm kinda a solo player

I actually switched from a guild I was in for like 14 years to a new one and lost all rep - I did not simply lose a level as this post suggests { When you join a new guild, you lose one rank of reputation. So if you were Exalted with your old guild, you'll be Revered with your new guild. } starting from scratch here...just a heads up for all guild rep as of today is only 750 - hardly revered

I removed a little while ago on alts and left one toon in. I logged in tonight to rejoin the same guild all my alts; all my rep dropped to zero.

You get 125 base guild rep per non-gray quest turn-in.

Tabard buff stacks additively with other rep buffs.

A human with the DMF buff and Renowned Guild Tabard gets 220% of 125 per quest (275 rep).

I moved guilds this week and kept Exalted rank. I logged out and back in, still exalted. I purchased Exalted guild stuff from vendor, it all works. Odd. Maybe the requirement to lose rep has been changed? (I actually left my guild, put in an app to join another guild, had to wait for guild leader to come on, then I could accept the invite, so there was 1 or 2 days involved).

It's nearly been a decade since Warlords of Draenor first released, and we haven't gotten anything new added to the Guild Vendors since the beginning of Legion. No new Challenge Mode Mounts or Pets, no new Recipes or Guild Perks to flaunt, nothing for nearly a whole decade.
