破碎命運徽印 is the new bonus roll currency being introduced in Legion. It will be usable in all Mythic dungeons, in the new Tier 19 raids 暗夜堡 and 翡翠夢魘, and for the new world bosses (亞娜慕茲, 卡拉米爾, 『霜血』督剛, 弗洛山, 休蒙格里斯, 利薇妲絲, 惡魔納札卡, 尼索格, 薩索斯, The Soultakers, and 凋萎者吉姆).

As with recent currencies, only 3 per week will be obtainable (with potentially rare exceptions - see below re: Order Hall Missions and Timewalking events), and the hard cap will be 6 seals.

The currency can be obtained from quests that require a certain amount of gold or 大廳資源 (similar to the Warlords of Draenor model). These quests are available from 大法師朗達拉克 outside of the Violet Hold at in Dalaran (Legion version). Your second and third seals purchased with the SAME currency increases progressively in price - this is noted in the chart below.

As in Warlords of Draenor, you can mix and match which currency you use for seals (some with gold, others with resources) to a maximum of 3 seals total.
If you only buy 1 or 2 seals with a specific currency, the quests will reset the following week, allowing you to spend the lowest amount again (you only pay more for the second and third seals you buy within the week).

NOTE: In Legion, it will be possible to trade Personal loot items if you already have a better item in that slot. You CANNOT do so with bonus rolled loot.

This is one of the extra roll currencies that were first introduced in Mists of Pandaria. It allows you to roll (at a cost of 1 currency per roll) for an extra chance at loot on certain world, raid or dungeon bosses.

This extra loot is granted directly to the person rolling and is not part of the group/party's loot for that boss. The majority of the time the roll does not yield loot - when this is the case, gold is granted instead. Certain currencies also can grant pets or mounts as part of the bonus loot - this will vary depending on boss (a list of mounts and pets you can bonus roll for is listed later in this comment).

There is protection for bad luck on bonus rolls. As per a blue post:

Whenever you use a bonus roll and you don’t get any loot, your chance of getting loot on the next roll will increase. This increased probability won’t be reset until some loot is awarded, and this is independent of the boss that is being killed.
The bad luck streak protection will carry over and continue to increase the probability from boss to boss and instance to instance and won't reset until you get some loot.

For all currencies, World Bosses will only allow a single roll a week. This can be on any kill - if you kill a boss more than once and pass on rolling the first time, you will still have the option of doing so on a subsequent kill that week.
For most currencies you can kill bosses in a single or multiple lockouts/difficulties (kill a boss on both Heroic and Normal, or a Heroic boss twice) to also get a bonus roll chance EACH time. For example, you can kill 戈魯爾 on Heroic difficulty twice, and while you will be able to get loot directly from the boss only once, you can bonus roll both times for extra chances at loot.
The above is NOT true for Mythic raids however - those lockouts prevent you from doing multiple bosses in one week.

The currencies listed can be found on the currency tab in your character screen. Below is a table summarizing the currency types, including sources for each.
NOTE: NPC locations can be seen on a by mousing over the zone name in the "Source" column.

This Work Order "completes" almost immediately (you don't have to wait for it).
The appropriate Tier 5 Order Hall upgrade must be selected for you to have this option.

Is there a minimum ilevel to bonus roll on world bosses? Killed Levantus tonight after picking up my new seals but no bonus window popped. Current ilevel is 813.

Did you NOT receive a bonus roll when killing a world boss?
Don't worry; just kill the boss AGAIN and you WILL get the option (if not - third - just did a world boss in a full raid group (believe it may have been 2x raid groups, tons of people at least) and did NOT get the option to bonus roll. Killed the boss one more time (even though I completed the world quest) and voila - got the bonus roll on the second kill.

Too bad it was gold.. again! :)

here is some info on how hard the hard cap is (I found out the hard way, sadly):

If you have 6/6 coins and you'd get one as a bonus from a mission, you will not get a 7th seal.

If you have 6/6 coins and you'd get one from the weekly quest (for example, this week it was A Burning Path Through Time), you will not get a 7th seal.

Pro tip:
If you just killed a World Boss but forgot to buy the seal for bonus roll, you can teleport asap to Dalaran
Buy the seal from Archmage Lan'dalock an phase into your class related area.
As soon as you phase in you will receive a bonus roll window of recently killed boss.

Since we are further in the Legion and most people have 3486465 of order hall resources, I have decidede to take the Grand Crusade (Allows to place a work order for an item which will instantly complete a World Quest once every 18 hours.) on my paladin.
Free WQ every 18 hours is much more valuable to me than 4k resources that I spend for the third seal.

If you kill a boss but you forgot to pick up your seals beforehand: HEARTH TO DAL, get seals, re-enter raid before next boss is pulled, you will get the option to bonus roll as soon as you enter. Worked for me today!

I have looked everywhere for an answer. Does anyone know where to get the order hall Seal of Broken Fate in the Mage Hall? 3 levels and have clicked on anything not a player and came up with nothing. With hunters it is right by the scouting map but evidently not so in the mage hall.

~~Logging out/in seems to reset the quests that reward these, effectively removing the old limit of only being able to buy 3 per week.~~
EDIT: Looks like this is no longer the case as of 10.1.7
I guess Blizzard 'fixed' the problem, so we're back to a max of 3 per week.
