The achievement itself is only about going some scenarios again and again. You can complete all of the steps in few scenarios (probably something about 5 or more runs each) except 見猴宰猴, which can take some time, as there are certain spots at the 仰加印古 scenario, where those bosses spawn randomly and it's all about your luck.
I recommend you to take some friends and tell them what to do, something is just weird and not so easy to achieve with a random group.
Good luck, the keg is an amazing cosmetic item!
(I think some pandaren roleplayers will find this as a must :D )

This meta-achievement is NOT awarded cross-faction or cross-character. You must have all the individual achievements completed on the same character or you will not get the overall one.
Found this out the hard way when all I needed was Binan Village All-Star on my Horde Mage and achieved it on my Alliance Priest but did not get this one, not even after relogging and having the All-Star itself awarded cross-faction.

If for whatever reason you deleted achievement reward Honorary Brewmaster Keg before it was added to your toy collection, you can buy it from The Metal Paw (provided you have this achievement).

Is this in some way bugged? Several of the achievements needed for THIS achievement show as completed in my achievement history, like "Spill No Evil" and "The Keg Runner"; when I hover over them within the list for "Pub Crawl", even though they are greyed out, they show as completed with a completion date...
