Unfortunately you can't get this with your level 70 epics as they don't satisfy the item level requirement (the majority of level 70 epics are substantially under 213).

Hopefully Blizzard will introduct a system for recognition of level 60 or level 70 epics for those who have them or have kept them, but I don't think so as level 60 or 70 will no longer be endgame; this is a new thing for the wotlk endgame.

Kara ilvl was 100 or so, iirc (got buffed to 115 in a patch) when BC came out. We're just now getting to ilvl150s and 160s. Gonna take a #$%^long time to get an AVERAGE of 213..... (Arena welfare gear ftw?)

Oddly, it says I have met two of the objects for this achievement, even though the Pawn mod says the epics I have are iLevel 200 at best. I am wearing the Heroes' Robes of Faith and Sandals of Crimson Fury from Wyrmrest Accord.

I have other epics that say they are ilevel 200 and have not met requirements for this achievement.

If you only have one epic trinket or ring that meets the criteria for this achievment, you can ''exploit'' it by simply equipping it in the other trinket/ring slot, and it will count for both.

For those of you who may still be wondering what it takes to get this achievement, I noticed the other night (while browsing my half completed achievements) that I already had 3 pieces which qualified for the achievement.

This came as a huge shock for me, seeing as if I went by what everyone else has said here, I wouldn't have anything that comes close until I'm raiding.

I am currently a level 80 feral druid, and these are the three pieces (easily craftable or purchasable) that I have which qualify me:

Polar Vest

Polar Cord

Polar Boots

I haven't taken a look yet, but I'm thinking that there must be equivilents across the professions that qould also qualify. So no you don't need to be sporting Naxx gear to qualify. You'll certainly need to head there to get your trinkets and other goodies, but you can rely on your pre-naxx gear to start you on this one.

Deadly Gladiator's gear (Season 5) has iLevel 213, which would qualify towards this achievement.

Also,VoA after winning Wintergrasp offers 25 man T7 and/or Season 5, which you may have a chance of winning if you get lucky.

As protection warrior I only need ranged weapon at the moment. However only viable tanking ranged is a shotgun(ilvl200). Bah, next week gonna spend DKP on something. :(

For the ranged slot, you can also use idols and so forth. It's the only way for a druid since we can't use any ranged weapon.

Death Knights use Sigils in relic slot which is more commonly known as ranged slot.
Druids use Idols in relic slot which is more commonly known as ranged slot.
Paladins use Librams in relic slot which is more commonly known as ranged slot.
Shamans use Totems in relic slot which is more commonly known as ranged slot.

Priests, Mages and Warlocks use Wands in ranged slot.
Warriors, Rogues, Hunters use Thrown, Bow, Gun, Crossbow in ranged slot.

You can go and watch item levels by creating a filter in the items section of WoWhead.

item levels of 213 drop from heroic instances(25 man) EG. heroes t7 is not 213, its 200, while on the other hand valorous t7s are 213 cus they drop from 25 mans.

you don't have to keep all your lvl 213 items equipped in order to complete this achievment, just equip once and it counts for the achievment. this is very useful in filling the left- right ring slots+ the two trinket slots.
therfore you don't need 2 rings and 2 trinkets lvl 213 to complete this.

I just got few of the criteria tonight by buying some of the EoV items, equipping them and selling them back to the vendor. I believe this was changed in 3.1. Not sure whether it can be considered exploiting though.

With 40 http://www.wowhead.com/?item=43589 you can easily get the 2 Trinket, chest, and belt requirements by buying the items, equipping them, then reselling them to the vendor for a full refund of your marks.

lol this achievement is flawed
if you have 1 lvl 213+ trinket you can use the same trinket in the first and second trinket slots and it will complete the criteria (or meta) for it. same goes with rings. Maybe if you duel wield, it would be same aswell, not sure as i am a mage.

but if you have only one 213 trinket or ring, just switch the position of (left and right finger or first and second trinket position) to further achieve this.

To elaborate on what quegabriel noted so correctly:

Patch 3.1 says:

User Interface

Players can now return items purchased with an alternate currency back to the original vendor within 2 hours of the purchase time for the original cost of the item. Stackable items (such as Frozen Orbs and gems) and charged items that can be purchased with an alternate currency are not eligible.

This means:

Get some Honor/Conquest/Justice/Valor Points - whatever will get you an item that is itemlevel >= 213 for a slot you don't have the achievement part for.
Go to the appropriate vendor and buy the item.
Equip it.
Get the achievement part.
Sell the item again, getting all of your points back.
Repeat.
?
Profit!

I just noticed after i read other peoples comments that i have Ziggurat Imprinted Chestguard and it worked for this acheivement. I got it from heroic Drak' Tharon keep so i'm not sure but some heroic drops might qualify

as of 3.2 you can BoP trade items to the people that are also elegible to take them

so you can ask someone that have taken an item 213+ ilvl to giveit it to you just to get the credit for this and then give it back to him

If you are using the buy/return method, this is a harder achievement for casters. Shamans, Paladins, Druids, and Death Knights all have PvP 213+ sigil/idol/relic/libram and badge ones. Now that Deadly gear is purchasable with honor this is easier to do than acquiring badges to fulfill the range requirement.

Mages, Warlocks, and Priests all need wands to fulfil the range slot. There are no PvP purchasable weapons like their were in BC. With 3.2 introduced you can buy a wand for 25 emblems of triumph, but that will take a while to acquire if you are just doing the daily heroic.

This achievement can be "exploited" with 49k honor. Just buy everything you need, 49k should cover everything. Resell and boom Achievement :) And since deadly can now be bought with honor, it has an iLevel of 213 which meets the criteria.

There is also a cheat to do this.
Get honor points and buy epic pvp gear which is item level 213 or more, wear the item, sell it and do it again with another item.

As trinkets are hard to find these days I finally got Nevermelting Ice Crystal, but for my other trinket I only had a lvl 200 so I was on the hunt for one above 213 when I told a friend and he said "move the trinket from Slot 1 to Slot 2" Bam! Got the achievement. Thought this might help some others.

It seems cataclysm gear does not count for this achy as I am wearing cata wrists and trinkets and still do not have the achy even though the gears ilevel technically satisfies the requirements.

I don't understand why this and Superior achievements aren't Feats of Strength yet. They don't have any purpose as everyone can equip Cataclysm green items to get them.

thats ode that all items in cataclysm ilvl above 213 "greens" and you cant get any progress on this achievment by those.

WotLK Epic/Superior achievements are as of now only being awarded when you get there respective Cata achievements. Two guildies in the last week have gotten Epic WotLK/Cata at once.

Edit: They did have a few WotLK epics equipped prior to getting Cata epics but they didn't seem to count. Not sure if it's a bug or a permanent change.

Cataclysmically Superior is for ilvl 333, Cataclysmically Epic is for ilvl 359.
with lowest ilvl item (atm) Blight-Lifter's Mantle, i have Cataclysmically Superior but not Epic :(

Also don't forget that the items must be EPICS regardless of their item level. (Thus the name of the achievement ofc ^^)

For instance, if you equip an uncommon quality item with 289 item level it won't count towards the achievement, since it is not epic quality.

And this is the reason you can see many people in Cataclysm get this achievement at the same time with their Cataclysmically Epic achievement :)
