EDIT: I had assumed you would be able to farm each of the individual parts of this meta based on which boss was up in the Primalist Future. However, this is not the case. Regardless of which boss is up, killing mobs does NOT count towards "Sandstorms of Thaldraszus" or any of the other requirements for this achievement.

I've been in touch with a GM regarding the issue that there seemed to be no way to actually get any progress towards the sub achievements for this. I was informed that the Primalist Future doesn't actually count as Thaldraszus so you need to wait for storms to show up in the main zone.

I haven't, however, seen any invasions there in forever, but maybe my timing is just very unlucky.

Just completed a Firestorm in Thaldraszus. So Elemental Storms still do exist in this Zone. I assume thy are rather rare, because unlike the other zones, Thaldraszus only has one spawn point for the event.

What still seems to be an issue though is mobs not counting towards the achievement. But this only affects a small amount of mobs.

For farming Thaldraszus storm mobs, the best thing to do is form a large raid group in LFG and have everyone congregate in one of the underground rings in the center (eg, around where the Halls of Infusion dungeon entrance is). Storm-infused mobs will hyperspawn in a concentrated area.

Much better than having to constantly fly around outside where there are a lot of non-infused mobs polluting the area.

Note that the downside is that everyone in a raid has to tag their own mobs, but you can get a nice hyperspawn going on with a good sized group.

p.s. kills do count for the achievements while in a raid

Very easily done and soloable after TWW (lvl 80):

To do this achievements, you need to check your map while in the corresponding zone to see which elemental storm is active. (Water, earth, fire or air) and then go there to that icon and kill enemies with the 元素注能 debuff.

You can also find which storms are active in which zones by looking on the Wowhead homepage under "today in wow" and then select Dragonflight.
Storms are only active for a few hours before dissipating, and multiple storms can be active across the continent.
There are achievements for all storms in all main zones, except the Emerald dream, Zaralek caverns and the Forbidden Reach.
There are achievements for doing the 200 kills of every type of storm in the 4 main zones (see below).
