The birds are your friends for all the Storms!

Any bird that drops a feather on being killed and then rises again to be killed again counts as TWO KILLS towards these achievements. Don't kill the feather!

For the Obsidian Citadel, there are Lava Phoenix and Lava Hatchling.

For the Scalecracker Keep, there is an elevated rock with a bunch of Lava Phoenix on it at 20.3, 52.4. (There are a couple Blazing Dreadsquall there as well.)

The phoenixes @rainsford23 mentioned are great. There's a big pack of them at the Scalecracker storm in the north as well. They take a bit to respawn so if you want something to do in between I usually go to Scalecracker Keep and do a few laps of the mobs in there because they respawn super fast when you kill them all. There's also a pretty efficient pack outside the keep that respawns more slowly like the phoenixes. I do that pack when i come out and before I go back to the birds.

It is a lot of work chatting on the /1 channel or in /say to convince people about the Feathers but it does eventually work.

Don't be too mean about it, the feathers are pretty easily slain at current gear levels, and convincing paladins not to drop consecrate is unlikely.

But do keep convincing them! it's worth it to everyone!

I have noticed that when it is up at the Obsidian Citadel, the Qalashi casters do count, but the primalists and their pet water elemental don't... except for the frustrating likelihood that they hog spawn points better used by Qalashi and phoenixes.

Very easily done and soloable after TWW (lvl 80):

To do this achievements, you need to check your map while in the corresponding zone to see which elemental storm is active. (Water, earth, fire or air) and then go there to that icon and kill enemies with the 元素注能 debuff.

You can also find which storms are active in which zones by looking on the Wowhead homepage under "today in wow" and then select Dragonflight.
Storms are only active for a few hours before dissipating, and multiple storms can be active across the continent.
There are achievements for all storms in all main zones, except the Emerald dream, Zaralek caverns and the Forbidden Reach.
There are achievements for doing the 200 kills of every type of storm in the 4 main zones (see below).
