I see how this could be useful in PvP not so sure about PvE but here it goes. I would cast it on a mage or any spell casting class with there mana going down they wont no it till its to late they will use about 3/4 of the mana and the sting will drain the rest making them east for attack. =) Or you could cast it on a priest so they will brun up they heals faster.

while the highest rank so far i pretty weak this is freaking awesome in bgs to get alot of paladins, locks, priests, etc down
also 100% the best to remove stupid healers from the oppent

EVERY TIME I hit this spell to zap a baddie it says it can't target that one..?

Whats the story on this spell... anyone know?

ur forgeting the mages, use this in duel and u just see the mage's mana coming out like this....
