does this shield spike stack with +18 stam enchant, or will it cancel out the enchant?
i am assuming this is the highest shield spike one can get cause i cannot find a higher listed one yet.

my goal is to get exalted with Sha'tar and get the Crest from them, double +12 stam socket with +18 stam enchant. wondering if i can slap this shield spike on top of all that other stuff.

If you are spaming shield block alot to help your damage mitigation, this can help maintain aggro at the same time.
Especially if you have imp shield block. Although there is a 25 second cool down timer on it, so it might only affect the first attack blocked.

if you are DPS warrior and required to off tank in some sitiuations,this enchant will help you keep on aggroing the add you are off tanking by spamming shield block. I am assuming you're off tanking with your DPS gear.

How much damage does this do ?

Here is the run down of damage, and location from each type of Shield spike:

(8-12 damage), BoE world drop from Level 25-35 mobs, found easily on the AH.
(16-20 damage), BoE Rare world drop from level 35-45 mobs, found sometimes on AH
(20-30 damage), BoE rare world drop from level 58-60 mobs, also dropped by Master Elemental Shaper Krixix, and Emeriss, very rarely found on AH. Good luck getting this one.
(26-38 damage), bought from vendor after exalted status for Thrallmar/Honor Hold. Mats are expensive, and the rep grind is hard, so this items sells for a high price in AH, but is rarely found due to honor requirements needed to make it.
