This should be a decent trinket to use along side the Essence of the Martyr.
At least we can finally replace the Oshu-gun Relic...

Providing you're hitting the trinket/s whenever the cooldown is up, should average out to be roughly 133.5 +Healing. Using at the same time as the Essence of the Martyr, and you've got yourself an impressive 267 odd average +healing (A burst +healing amount of 762 +healing for 20 seconds).
