Welcome to Wowhead's Best in Slot Gear list from Phase 4 Zul'Aman for Holy Paladin Healing in The Burning Crusade Classic. This guide will list the recommended gear for Holy Paladin Healing to acquire while they progress during the fourth phase of The Burning Crusade Classic, and contains gear sourced from Zul'Aman, Black Temple, and Mount Hyjal, plus other pieces from previous phases like Serpentshrine Cavern, Tempest Keep, heroic dungeons, arena PvP Gear, professions, BoE World Drops, and reputations.
Best In Slot Gear for Holy Paladin Healing in Phase 4
With Phase 4 and the introduction of
祖阿曼
and new badge gear, nothing changes from the Phase 3 best-in-slot guide. The new gear just isn't strong enough, which makes sense as this Phase is more designed as a catch-up phase.
The gear-set below is an idea of one way to gear as a Holy Paladin. Truthfully, there isn't a strictly BiS setup as everyone has different play-styles and/or different guilds (i.e., focusing on speed clears vs progression), which require different gearing, like stacking haste and +healing gems for a quick Flash of Light spamming build, whereas others will stack more intellect and spell crit for Holy Light sustainability. Choose what play-style suits you and your guild the most and go with that.
The tier 6 Holy set bonuses are solid, with 5% increased Holy Light crit at 2-piece definitely worth using, and 5% increased Flash of Light healing at 4-piece as decent-ish. The pieces are statted nicely, too. Don't expect very top priority because Protection Paladin and Warlock sets are stronger, and because there are offset Plate alternatives, but Holy is definitely far from the bottom.
It's important to note that the epic gems arrive in this phase, so plan accordingly. Regarding meta gems, depending on your play-style, you'll want to either use

and the appropriate gems to ensure meta activation.

Should Holy Paladin Healing Choose Aldor or Scryer for BiS in TBC Classic Phase 4?
The quick, TL;DR answer is that

faction is better for PvE, but the difference is rather small and will not make or break end-game content. Choosing either faction will ultimately be fine in the long run, so do not be dismayed if you went with

instead.
The Aldor shoulder enchant is

. The difference here is 11 healing power gained while losing 2 MP5. While the Aldor enchant is superior, it's not a large enough margin to definitively say they are better and worth changing from the Scryers if you have already gone that route.
There is no gear worth buying from either faction; however, there are

available from The Aldor if you are a Tailor, so that provides another nod in favor of choosing the Aldor.
The last point of contention is which proc of the

) is superior for Holy paladins. This is a bit of future planning, as these necklace procs won't be available until the last content phase for The Burning Crusade Classic, Phase 5.
For the Aldor version, the proc granted is

, increasing +healing by 220 for 10 seconds. For the Scryers version, the proc granted is

, adding a direct heal for around 620 to 690, and is capable of being a critical heal around 980.
While both effects are nice bonuses, the Aldor's proc will typically win out due to our tank healing and mixed usage of

, where Holy Light will likely see more use during end-game content in Sunwell Plateau. The additional +healing added to a max rank Holy Light will be a lot more beneficial due to the healing coefficient bonus. The Scryer's proc will not benefit as much, as it is a static heal amount not affected by your +healing level, and can only proc off of Paladin's casted heals, whereas it can proc off of other healers' healing over time spells, creating more value for them compared to Paladins.
In conclusion, The Aldor offers the most benefit from a better shoulder enchant, Tailoring patterns, and necklace proc in Phase 5 compared to The Scryers.

is the recommended option for your head slot in Phase 4. With a great combination of strong main stats, secondary stats, and a meta slot, the Tier 6 helm covers it all.

Blessed Band of Karabor
is a strong haste healing ring and isn't Unique (so you can wear two!), but will be highly contested amongst the other healers, meaning it is a bit unrealistic to expect two.
Ring of Calming Waves
isn't a terrible consolation prize, however, and then
Band of the Eternal Restorer
is available through The Scale of the Sands reputation, which is immensely helpful as it's practically free.

In the BIS chart at the top, is there some reason you sometimes use +healing gems and sometimes you don't?

Scarab Brooch from vanilla is still very powerful in TBC for tank healing and arguably BiS on several fights. Anetheron for example is typically 1:30ish so Brooch will be up for 1/3 of the whole fight. Its use can be timed with heavy tank damage phases on fights like Illidan P2 and Bloodboil to gain massive value from holy lights. No other healing trinket is anywhere near as powerful as that but it does vary from fight to fight. Going forward into WotLK, Brooch will become a niche trinket but it will still have its uses (especially if you are a legendary mace user).
