It's very safe to say that this is an excellent belt to fill in the gaps that Righteous Armor does not provide for a paladin tank.

Righteous Armor (Paladin "Dungeon 3" set) covers the head, shoulder, chest, legs, and gloves. That leaves the wrist, belt, and boot slots to cover.

This easily fills the Belt slot as it provides a great deal of health.

Also after factoring in Sacred Duty, the stamina bonus is in reality the following.

30*1.06=31.8 Stamina = 318 health from the belt alone. The defense rating is nothing to sneeze at and then the very nice spell damage to bring up Seal of Vengeance's damage.

The only problem is that I've heard rumors* that the quest line leading to this belt is bugged at the very end.

*All rumors are to be taken with a grain of salt and used as a basis in the realm of "I should check that out for myself"

Unfortunately if you are Scryer, this is a belt that you will not be getting. As a Blood Elf Pally Tank, I'm still working on getting all my gear up, and started the Scryer version of this questline, only to discover that the final quest is:

This unfortunately leaves you with nothing even remotely useful... perhaps a set of DPS gloves, but with no +Spell Damage on them, the better choice is probably https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/item=30967.

If you got the def skill already, or just want more stamina I'd go for these: https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/item=25922

With 2 x 12stamina gems you will have a huge amount of stamina just from the waist. 49 stamina!

This is a great paladin tanking belt, something you don't come around to often. Some more mitigation would be nice, but the +damage eats quite a few stat points, and for a blue ilevel 109 item this is a good belt.
