Incorrect. I just bought the plans off the AH yesterday. I had never seen, nor heard of them before and when I did, I scrambled to scrape together the cash. They weren't cheap, but being exalted with the Violet Eye and still wearing Obsidian Clodstompers (yes, that unlucky w/ boot drops)and the fact they torch anything I have seen up through Gruul's Lair...yeah.

At the time, I was in a rush, so I assumed the item crafter was BOE.....oops...I still would have bought them, but I wouldn't have told two of my buddies to start gathering mats and scheduling heroic runs for me to get nethers.

Just bought the plan for $500. Its really cheap consider there are not much boots with such great tanking stats. The ones you can trade with badges (60badges) are good too, but it takes too long to farm. Well, you can farm kara couple of times and can trade for 60, but its better to trade something else with those badges.

These plans are BOE, but once you learn it, the boots you make are BOP. People who were trying to say that this is BOP is because the plan can only be used by the carrier, which is a BS not anyone else. when you want to say something, say it more clearly, so people cant pick on you.
