can someone actually compare the following for me? cant decide which one is better:

Equip: Increases healing done by spells and effects by up to 42.

Avian Cloak of Feathers
78 Armor
+18 Intellect
+12 Spirit
Requires Level 68
Equip: Restores 5 mana per 5 sec.
Equip: Increases healing done by spells and effects by up to 42.

i am currently using the cloak of scinillating aura, just not sure if it's worth saving badges up for this cloak!

This cloak SUCKS for a badge reward. Here is my evidence:

Bishop's Cloak
93 Armor
+16 Stamina
+17 Intellect
+46 healing
+8 mp5

Cloak of Whispering Shells
76 Armor
+15 Stamina
+16 Intellect
+40 healing
+4 mp5

So you get a whopping 1 int, 1 sta, 6 healing and 4 mp5 for 25 badges. As opposed to a single, easy kill on normal SV. Bliz's itemization is a JOKE.

If you really want an easy to get cloak that is nine tenths of what this is, try Vicar's Cloak. Most of the stats plus a bit of int. are there except for the stam.
