Think, that if you want this, you should get some stats from other items, cuz its a loss in that part.

The only problem for me is that this just isn't very "epic". I have a level 69 green with +66 healing. That's a gain of 9 +healing and 6 MP5, for the record, moving from 69 green to 70 epic (with an iLvl of 110). Feels like something wacky with the budgetting to me.

looking at a single item as 900 mana over 15 min is a horrible way to gauge its power.

you would be hard pressed to find an offhand with more than 6-7 mp5. you have to look at how items compliment a gear set as a whole.

I think they're a bargain at 25 badges, very nice offhand.
