As a Fire mage, i prefer this over Peaceful Radiance overall, for both mobs and raiding, since im not that crazy for that small crit rating... i prefer the higher mana, health, and even damage over the crit given by the other lamp...

I got mine off of either the 1st or 2nd Boss in The Black Morass things went so fast in there I can't remember which one it was tho.

If u have run BM 20 times and it still hasn't dropped, ideally u would be at or atleast very close to lvl 70. Where u could get better offhand items imo. Such as Saga of Terrok from a quest in Sethekk Halls.

I recommend everyone try to do as close to the same as they can for their chosen spell school, and don't be afraid to pay 20-40g for it. just search your local AH for lvl 65-70 Held in Off hand "of <Spell School> Wrath"

For anyone who doesn't know, this item is a reference to DC Comics' Green Lantern franchise. The first Green Lantern derived his power from a lantern shaped battery called the Starheart, and this WoW item is of course shaped like an old school lantern, besides the name.

I cannot recall Blizz using a comic book geek reference in WoW that I've seen before, and this is an OLD SCHOOL one not many would catch, because the first GL was written decades ago. So I was surprised.

Hi all, I was just wondering, cause I got a really good offhand already. If I should go for this or not. Or maybe keep one for PvP, and one for PvE.

I have Tuurik Torch of the Sorcerer:
+24stm
+16int
+19spelldmg/heal

Thats;
-7stm
+2int
+3spelldmg/heal
+12spellhit rating

For a warlock, as pure PvP. Is +3spelldmg worth the -7stm?
I cant say I think so..
But the 1% more spell hit is tempting for PvE, I must say. With talents, I have +10% spell hit, and I've heard the roof is 16%.

If I see it in BM, I guess I'll need on it, cause it will help me get those "resist" down. And stm is not all that important in instances.

And I also have continuum blade btw :) it rocks with +40spelldmg enchant. :)
