As of patch 2.1.0, the +35 Resilience bonus of this set will now stack with the same 2pc bonus of the following sets for a total of +70 Resilience:

I've tested this personally on the public test realm with 3pc Felweave and 2pc Dreadweave and can confirm the bonuses stack.

Just got this today! Sitting on 12.8k Hp now. Easy to get in around 3 weeks of arena witha 1900+ 2v2 1800+ 3v3 and 1700+ 5v5 or less!

This set is no longer an Arena reward item. This is now sold for PVP Honor & marks at the Hall of Legends or Hall of Champions.
