Wow! I'm surprised nobody has left a comment on these really good bracers yet...

Assuming you kept up your BS/Mining while leveling(like I did) by the time you hit lvl 66 and are able to use these you should already have the mats sitting in your bank to craft your own pair. I made these right as I hit level 66 and slapped a green quality gem and got it enchanted. I hit 70 less than a week ago(like 5 days) and I'm still wearing them.

These are excellent leveling bracers...

For Fury - I slapped a green quality gem and got them enchanted with + 12str . Still debating if I want to replace them with Bands of Synth , assuming they ever drop for me. I don't run Sethekk Halls too often. But if I can't replace them, I still have a good pair of bracers to roll with.

For tanking - These are not strictly tanking bracers per say BUT the Stam on them is pretty good. I never swapped them out for tanking, mostly because I could never find a drop or quest reward that was better than these...at least at the time(for tanking mind you). If you're really rich, you can always craft a second pair and slap a +sta gem in it. Tanking while you are leveling requires focusing more Stam than def or block like in endgame.

These are very good all around bracers that will last you to lvl 70. Warriors are very gear dependent and any piece of armor that can last 4 levels is great in my book. These are a good investment, craft htem...gem them and enchant them, they will server you well on your trek to 70.

It's sad that (mostly) these can be bought for under 45g at AH, so you would be better off selling the materials and buying a pair instead of crafting them!

And, yes these are really nice bracers for any warrior, I wear them also, and I am full prot spec.

Plans are available from vendor in Zangarmarsh, so avoid AH, where people mark them up 3-4 times thier purchase cost.

Very nice bracers, easy to get made. Good plate bracers are VERY hard to get in Outland...on my ret pally, I finally replaced my level 50 WSG bracers with these. >.>

Omg... 6 primal fire is like 180g on Dunemaul AH. Guess this recipe is not for leveling your blacksmithing.

All in all it runs up in around 220g, on Dunemaul AH anyway.

Looks like these are the best bracers till lvl 70. Not sure why there are no plate bracers between lvl 60 and 70 that are any good for defense. Come to think of it I cant think of any good helms for defense until the lvl 68 Unbreakable helm.

Well I farmed most the mats for mine and it only took an hour, so it wasnt too hard. Only had to buy the Adamantite.

I got these fairly cheap in the AH, and had the rest made for me. This set has served me well through all of the non-heroic 70 instances, but getting a slightly better set of replacements would be a prudent choice before trying for something like Karazhan.

Just made one last night. Got all the mats myself, So did not spend any gold. Put +12 Intellect enchant and a +4 spell damage/+4 stamina gem on it. Will work awesome on my Retribution Pally till level 70. Got two more level to go to use it. :-(

Does anyone know what the respawn time is on these? Everytime I make the trip to the town to get the plans there is nothing. NOTHING!
