The +crit isn't very useful if you're an affliction warlock most of the time, since your DoT spells can't critical. The stamina and the mp regen here is what's really worth it.

I'd probably rate this very highly for farming. Probably less effctive for group work, but as far as items you can purchase the set is rather good, and relatively easy to get.

These things just aren't cost effective to craft to sell.

x90 netherweave about (~12g 75s if you pay 2g 75s a stack)
x10 Arcane Dust (~17g 50s if you pay 1g 75s each)
x2 netherweb (~7g if you pay 3g 50s each)
x1 rune thread only 40s

Thats 37g 65s without farming any mats and getting decent deals on the AH.

Considering the amount of nether weave it takes to level tailoring I feel justified charging 50g+ for these when I put them up for auction.
