I believe this cloak is better for rogues than even the epic drop off rag, the Cloak of Shrouded Mists, just because for 4 agl and 3 stam you get +1% hit, and i believe thats worth it. I even have the regs for this beauty already, just need rep :o

This thing really needs some +attack power.

i have ab cloak, thinking about +3 agility enchant on that for higher dps.
And to get this for pvp, and have stealth on it.
