This necklace isn't too bad to get. The rep grind takes a little bit of time to hit exalted. I'd say this necklace is a slight step below Amulet of the Darkmoon. There are other epic necklaces out there that are better, but this isn't a bad one by any means. If all you are doing is light raiding in 20-mans, this necklace can be interchanged with Eye of Hakkar depending on your needs.

Hey screw you too Blizzard. 9.5 seconds instead of 10? HOT DAMN. Never mind that a rogue vs caster battle does not take a full 10 seconds anyway.

Absolute garbage for getting all the way to exalted. The passive is junk and immeasurable as someone already stated. Eskhander's and the Ony head quest are both far superior. Will of the Martyr is almost on par with this POS.

You're totally missing something out here: the set bonuses. Have you checked the 5 pieces bonus? It's WAY better than any 5 / 5 bonus from other classes ZG set: -5 energy cost for Eviscerate and Rupture. For a regular raider, that is much better than +10 energy from NS for example. When using this neck it is quite obvious that you already have or are capable of getting the other pieces (Renataki's Charm of Trickery can be hard though) and therefore you have the totally reckless setbonus, which justifies the neck's suckiness as Blizzard has counted it in the item value.
