This drops off of Lord Incendius in Blackrock Depths. This is easily soloable by a Paladin who has the Shadowforge Key. Lord Incendius has a flame AoE make sure you run out of this so that you don't get the debuff. Long fight but easily soloable.

Saw it in auction today with a 40g buyout, quickly snatched it. I never bothered collecting cards because I knew finding the Ace was hard, but once you have the Ace, it's easy getting the rest.

Ace of elementals is completely farmable by a solo combat rogue, get another one or a druid and you can farm this easy.

This guy can be soloed by a druid very easy.

I farmed him for a month now got about 6 aces and took untill today to get my bracers. I goten almost every kind of bracer but still want the leather ones with +15 fr on them.

After gettimg my bracers today i got locked out of all instances. Never happened before i have gone for hours killing him i wasnt solo today mybe that why?

I farmed Inceduis few days ago with my friend.
He droped Ace in third try!
Lucky me ^^

You can actually get to incendius as any class if you so want, it requires one invis potion. Rogues and druids are of course the obvious solution. Basically go left in the instance to the gatherings of dwarfs where there is an officer and 5 of his underlings. It is suggested you kill the one flame walker guy prior to the dwarves as its just easier. There are two single dogs (dogs see stealth and invis) to each side of the first dwarf pull and these dogs can be killed without pulling the dwarf group. Pull the dog on the right and kill it. Then hug the right wall. You cannot sneak past the first gathering of dwarves without stealth or invis, the officer will aggro. I suggest you try this once or twice without an invis pot to get a feel for when he aggros. Once you have a feel for when he will aggro on you slug the potion and start running for the gate. Once you clear the first Gathering of dwarves hang a right and head for the door and the pathway to Incendius. Stay in the middle and away from the wall there is a dog patrol along the right wall. As you run your invis potion is 18 seconds as your potion begins to run out stear towards the right wall and give yourself wide bearth to all the dwarf patrols. There is enough room if you are level 60 to navigate around all the dwarf patrols without invisibility or stealth. I have done this as a mage with two rogues. Here is the part I am unsure about. Once you clear the large door you enter a room with one last dwarf formation. Past the dwarf formation you walk down a narrowing hallway with those fireguards on either side. You can navigate around the Dwarf formation no problem. On all of my runs we kill ALL of the fireguards before incendius. If you wait long enough the dwarf formation leaves through the door and probably lets you walk down most of the narrowing hallway without invis (this part is theory craft) the last two guards will have to be killed or you will have to use another invis pot if you are trying to solo as a non stealthing class.

There maybe someone can use all that.

With fire resist gear, lord incendius is really easy. I'm a warlock and I can solo him and come out with over half health and mana. He's also really easy to solo your way to him, and you don't even need invis pots or anything. Go into BRD and go through the door to your left, then immediately to your right, and then again to your left to get into the East Garrison. Go up the first set of stairs, and head down the path to your left and jump out of the window. As a warlock i just sacrificed my voidwalker and ran past the mobs and out the window. as a mage you could just frost nova + blink, etc. once out the window, go to where the fire elementals are, and you only need to fight the last set of them, and you are at indendius. He dropped the ace for me once and he always drops nice FR bracers.

you can come to Incendius in aother way.. If u have stealth/prowl ;).. if u open shadowforge lock and then go behind the door taht opens u can jump from there and down behind the BIG door.

defenetly drops this picked it up a few days ago on detheroc took me about 3 days to get the rest of the cards from ah 8-20g each well worth it ace sells for 500g plus on this server

77 Runs so far. No lies. Still hasn't dropped. Going to do it a few more times then call it quits. Whoever got it from Lord Incendius, your lucky.

Edit: 77 times, not gonna quit now. This is some BS though.

Edit: 95 Runs. I dont think Lord Incendius drops the Ace. I dont care what people said above. There must have been a patch.

Edit: 100 Runs. No drop. Bought it from some guy for 250Gold with all the money I made off Large Brilliant Shards farming this s.o.b.

Solo'd it on a 60 assasinations spec rogue. 181 FR + healing pot and its no problem.

1.9 patch notes say increased drop rate on ace, lowered on others, lucky i only need ace :P

I've solo'd him about 15 times since the patch with 218 fire resistance using the MC trick in LBRS and no ace...maybe they just made more mobs drop it rather than increase the drop rate on Incendius?

i am a 60 (combat sword spec) rogue
heres how i solo incedious:
stealth through BRD (watch out for the demon dogs they detect stealth)
Drink one Major Fire resist Pot
wait 2 min
Fight him opening with Adrenaline rush, when fire resist pot wears off use evasion.
Now, thing is fire resist pots do like 2500-3200 fire dmg absorbed, depending on how how much it abosorbs and how hard he hits that fight (he can crit pretty hard) I can take him down and only lose 1/2 health...but if he hits hard and fire protection goes shoddy on yeah just drink a Major health pot and youll live.

done it 5 times now,
still no card
in flight to try it again :)
(btw it takes about 7min for instance to reset)

Heard that incendius gets some buffs in next patch. Anyone knows exacly what is being changed? At the moment I drop him without any pots or what so ever - got some gear too though ;)

He now does a ranged knock back making him very difficult to kite. Druid with some epics could not solo him, bear form and kiting, with about 130 FR unbuffed.

UGH, nope. He's way too hard now, I got him down to about 3/4 of his health, then I died. I used regrowth and then rejuvenation, went into bear form, used Frenzied regeneration after that, and he still destroyed me.

I easily solo him as a resto druid using Moonfire/Insect Swarm/Innervate kite. Took me like 10 wipes to learn his knock back and all, but I do average 7 minute runs killing only Incendius with no consumables. Have 130 buffed FR and just a few epics with FR gear on.

ok.. look u jump down onto that bridge. then u run through the middle of like 4 sets of fire guys and pull the last 2, and then kill incendus.. a 60 war with 3/8 heroism(my brother) and i (60 pally with just random healing gear and FR aura.. have like no fire resist except aura and can kill him in 15 minutes. Our question is how do u reset the instance in like a 7 min run if u live and kill him but don't want to hearth cuz u have to fly back and u can't just run back cuz u jumped onto the bridge? if anyone can help us with this problem that would be appreciated.

thx. i knew that though. maybe i didn't state it correctly. Is there an easy way to get back blackrock mountain to enter the instance or do we have to fly every time? If you farm this guy you can't just simply run out of the instance wehre you came in to have a guildy, becuase you jumped down. Can you? If someone knows how to do this plz post. Otherwise i am still hearthign to IF and flying to thorium point and running back in.

i meant to say have a guildy reset. I am a bad typer. The real problem. We can't find a way to quickly get into and run the instance again. We have no problem resetting it, but actually getting to the instance is our timely trouble.

Ace is now 50g on Arthas, mostly because it's the easiest ace to get. In my opinion.

Got mine a week and a half ago...still haven't sold it.

There are up to 3 at a time on AH on Frostwolf horde side. Most are going 10g bid, 25-30g buy out...sigh.

I know someone who farmed this with his lock and it dropped 3-4 times. A run for him took like 10 minutes.

dropped first try off of Baron Charr in Ungoro, was helping out a friend who wanted to kill him... i'm a 70 hunter and he went down in under 7 seconds

Just spent 30 minutes farming him, got it on my fourth kill. Me and a 56 druid stealthed in, and had no problem killing him. I popped a greater fire absorption pot, and he was cake. Druid kept me healed, and I stayed pretty much at full the entire time. Was the last card I needed for the deck, I'm very happy

You can stealth to Incendius and Solo him. He is tough but the rewards are worth it. The drop rate sux though, as the Ace drops 1 out of 20 times. Ace of Elementals drop most of the time.

Just dropped from Avalanchion. We were lvl60 rogue(me) lvl56 warr (close friend) priest and druid. Me and warr rolled, he won, he "recieved" loot. We were so happy :D

We hsed ... he checked his inventory - NO ACE. He had enough bag space to loot it, he was close enough, he was alive, he won the need roll and yet ace wasnt there. We ticked a GM, waiting for answer now (prolly "Working as intended").

ALWAYS CHECK CORPSES AFTER ROLLS ARE OVER.

Beast:Mana regeneration remains during casting for 15 seconds. (?)
Elementals:Chance on being struck to deal 200 to 300 lightning damage.
Warlords:Chance on hit to heal self for 120 to 180 damage.

Can't seem to get hold of the Ace. Because of course everyone wants the elementals card set. Then again, it never drops when i kill the invasion boss.

= Serious bad luck. Got the rest and had them for a while. Just the ace i can't get hold of..

Someone has probably already said this, but im guessing the reason why the drop rate is so low on allakhazam is because the darkmoon cards werent available until a few patches ago, and most likely allakhazam displays data from all the patches together

got my Ace of Elementals for 18g. Took me combined 20 minutes to collect all different cards from AH and by yelling in /trade.

The card u get procs all the time and is really sweet.

the trinket occassionally procs 200-300 nature damage. rogues like this due to dual wielding. kthx

i got this trinket. i paid 800g for it and trust me., it was well worth it. with 26% crit, thsi baby crits ALL the time and multiple times per fight. throw some crusader on mainhand and lifesteal in other, get the warlords epic as well and you will kill anything that moves.

Does anyone know the drop-rate on the ace from incendius? I know the drop rates are skewed here since the cards were implemented well after release.

I have all my cards but the ace. Me and another rogue are planning to farm him but it would be nice to know how many runs were looking at ~

The reason why you couldn't find the ace is becasue it is assigned to the player winning the rolls, so no one but that player can loot it after they win it, you probly just managed to watch 180g despawn in front of you eyes because the winner of the roll forgot to check the corpse.

Lol the Saga countinues ...
Same evening after the Ace disappeared we talked to the GM, he said they can't do anything cuz there are no logs for outdoor drops ... so me and my friend decided to beat the system by getting a new Ace.

We went to Winterspring to kill Princess Tempestia ... and guess what - ACE DROPPED :D this time i won it.
Im starting to think the allakhazam's data is either wrong or old. It can't have 5% drop from Avalanchion, and 1.5% from princess, since we got drops from both in one evening. Are we lucky or wha'? :P

Its one of the 8 cards u can turn in at the Darkmoon fair. Turn in all 8 and you´ll get a nice reward.
