3x Winterfall E'ko = 3x Juju power (+30 strength for 30min). The winterfall E'ko's got a droprate at about 10~20 %, pretty easy to farm and a nice buff in PVE.

I see the quest and the guys is in Ogrimar... so is there someone for alliance too? if yes could i have some information about where he is..

If this is a Horde only quest, why do they sell so well in the Alliance AH? Today a stack of 10 is going for an average of 7-8g. For an item that drops pretty regularly, I was surprised.

This is related to a set of repeatable quests given by Witch Doctor Mau'ari.
Here is a quick list of each item and the reward it gives:

3 x Frostsaber E'ko > 3 x Juju Flurry
3 x Winterfall E'ko > 3 x Juju Power
3 x Shardtooth E'ko > 3 x Juju Ember
3 x Wildkin E'ko > 3 x Juju Guile
3 x Chillwind E'ko > 3 x Juju Chill
3 x Ice Thistle E'ko > 3 x Juju Escape
3 x Frostmaul E'ko > 3 x Juju Might

Actually it can drop in Felwood as well, just got one from Winterfall Runner 60,6 in Northern Felwood. I guess this mob is the only one that drops in in Felwood but still..
