With the end of season 3 i think Grand Marshal's Cleaver/High Warlord's Cleaver can be safely removed from the weapon list, as Gladiator's Cleaver or Gladiator's Right Ripper now have the same cost of 4782 Honor points.

I dont think you know what Best In Slot means. Its the single best item in that specific slot. 2+ items cannot not share that title. One will be better than the other.

You also didn't even mention the Shattered Sun Offensive neck

Good list, very close to what I would expect.

Food for thought: I would prio the socket bonus on the OH instead of the shoulders for your blue gem/yellow gem, and you could have bold spinels on the remaining sockets.
