Apparently Rising Sun Kick also applies the stacking debuff on enemies that makes them take more damage from you.

This is currently in no way shape or form reflected in ingame tooltips or similar, so it's anybodies guess whether that is intended or not.

Dragonflight 10.2.7 i cant put Weapons of Order in any macros . Do we know why?

For some reason, Blizzard has decided to change the icon of this spell to a green goblin. It's not like we didn't have enough green spells on our action bar or anything. And since goblins are the least chosen race for monks, having the icon be a green goblin with a bow-tie obviously makes a lot of sense.
