Edit: Changed to all harmful Poison and Disease effects. it doesn't remove bleeds anymore.

Druids may get a passive ability that makes their Bleeds "stick" better and become resistent to Dispels, this ability might change to 1 Bleed effect, 1 Poison effect or maybe mitigate Bleed damage by 50%.

And to removing everything: Blizzard already stated they would like to try make dispels dispel everything and have a CD.

Since bleeds are the core aspect of feral damage, and we stack mastery to further boost it, I think making infected wounds provide dispel immunity to bleeds while active would be the proper approach. It will work similar to unholy blight for a DK and really only be possible to maintain in most situations on your main target (so this dispel is still functional on multi-target bleeds) If that proved to be too much, it needs to AT LEAST keep rip immune. 5cp rip dispelled every 8 seconds would be a joke.

Newest patch in the beta removed the ability to remove bleed effects. Detox now removes poison and disease effects.

I believe this ability is too strong compared to other class's cure spells. Detox has an 8 second cooldown and removes ALL bleeds and poisons. This puts rogues and feral druids at a disadvantage.
Cat druids rely on bleed damage for a majority of their damage. As of now in the MoP beta, Rip at 5 combo points does about 32k damage (over 16 seconds) and rake does about 20k over 15 seconds and 4k initial without any 86+ gear. If a monk can remove all bleeds and poison every 8 seconds, that would make bleed damage almost useless against a monk.
This would also affect rogues as well making deadly poison stacks and rupture ineffective as well.

Does anyone else think the cooldown on this should be at least a minute? Another idea would be that this ability would be for mistweaver spec only...

Since the beta patch 24/4 yestoday it doesnt do bleeds anymore it removes disease now :(

Instant 8 sec cooldown

Eliminates ailments from the friendly target, removing all harmful Poison and Disease effects.

The cooldown is apparently currently (10/2/2012) bugged because I can cast it several times in a row, much to the dismay of everyone around me.

Keep in mind it is form the physical school, so if you get locked out of nature you can still cast it.

This spell is currently bugged. I spent thousands of gold having this cast on my brother and he's still addicted to heroin.

Please fix ASAP, this is tearing my family apart.
