If you've completed all your Torghast runs and Bolvar quests so far, you will have a minimum of 1520 Soul Ash -- which means that you can craft a Rank 1 Legendary this week if you want to!

Crafting Your First Legendary
You're able to craft your first Legendary this week if you're caught up on your

. While some Legendary Recipes are still obtainable, such as those from Castle Nathria, if you have the Legendary Recipe that you want, you can craft an Item Level 190 (Rank 1) Legendary once you have enough

If you wish to craft a Rank 1 Legendary, you'll need to bring these items to the Runecarver in order to craft it:

Be warned, if Blizzard decides to retune or change Legendaries, there is no current way to get a refund on your

. You may wish to wait until the end of the week, or even the end of Heroic week before you decide to craft a Legendary, just in case.
You do not need to craft a Rank 1 Legendary in order to craft a higher Rank in the future. You can wait until you have 2,000

and skip straight to a Rank 2 Legendary by providing a Rank 2 Base Item, or similarly for Rank 3 and Rank 4 Legendaries.
