New Soulbinds Unlocking This Week for Covenants - Kleia, Emeni, Dreamweaver, and Theotar the Mad Duke

With these week's
Renown increases
, players are able to unlock their second Soulbind for their Covenant. In this post, we will take a look at these new Soulbinds now available to players.
Highlights
The big unlock for the week is the access to Dreamweaver which is very sought after by many specs that roll into Night Fae. The main highlight for the soulbind is the ability to reach their second Potency conduit by Renown 13, which is available the week after Mythic Castle Nathria opens, week 5,
at least two weeks ahead of every other Soulbind
. Besides that Dreamweaver also provides

For other Covenants, Venthyr unlocks Theotar, which provides
