This drops in Zul'Aman off the boss Daakara.

Slight upgrade over Anraphet's Regalia. The red socket in this makes it a worthwhile upgrade.

Brown version Одеяния инакомыслящего: Reward from Вождь Амани.

Blue version Одеяния небесной цели: No longer available.

Sadly this is part of a set I did not get around to farming on my lock during Cata.
This set is what I'm trying for and looks wicked on a Female Troll or Undead. Or dam sexy on a Human or Blood Elf.
