Wowhead, battle.net, and other databases are currently
WRONG
about these new cata random enchants.
These 'elemental' named enchant types have
FOUR STATS EACH
, in order from highest to lowest:
Stamina
A 'core stat' ( Agi, Int, OR Str )
and a combo of TWO EQUAL RATINGS (or in a couple of cases, one rating and spirit)
So, as a rule of thumb, until it's fixed, you can automatically
know
that the one rating you see, like say 160 crit, the other rating will also be 160.

There are 20 of them in all,
but you only see combos appropriate for the gear it's applied to.

So far, atleast by the wowhead data, the patern is yellow until 507 on the PTR, on live (when i write this) it is only yellow until 505.
I guess this is one of the 'were making 500-510 leatherworking easyer to level' changes on the patch note ment

Hypnotic Dust is quite expensive as of patch 5.3. Disenchant these, that can be crafted.
