All right, So I've made a handful of these things. First off, you learn this at 450 , not 425. You can learn the scraps at 425 and I believe the armor kits at 430.

These things aren't half bad, making them you get a random enchantment. What I notice is the numbers seem to be the same everytime. Out of 5 that I made, each one had the same numerical values: 148 'first stat' 98 ' second stat ' 65 'third and fourth stat' . I created 2 Windstorms, 2 Wavecrest, and 1 Galeburst.

Windstorm : 148 Stamina 98 Agility 65 crit and 65 Mastery
Wavecrest: 148 Stamina, 98 Intellect 65 Mastery and 65 Spirit
Galeburst : 148 Stamina, 98 agility, 65 hit , 65 expertise

The mail boots and the leather belt on the other hand....

Currently, these boots have no graphics on Female Draenei, at least on my current (Ultra) settings.

Wowhead, battle.net, and other databases are currently WRONG about these new cata random enchants.

These 'elemental' named enchant types have FOUR STATS EACH, in order from highest to lowest:

Stamina
A 'core stat' ( Agi, Int, OR Str )
and a combo of TWO EQUAL RATINGS (or in a couple of cases, one rating and spirit)

So, as a rule of thumb, until it's fixed, you can automatically know that the one rating you see, like say 160 crit, the other rating will also be 160.

The lack of graphics on Tauren (and certain other races) works very much in their favor, in my opinion. You can transmog whatever ill-fitting ankle cuffs into invisible ones, lending itself to the easy continuity of leg armor colors/design.
