Personally, I like these pants A LOT!
I couldn't find decent hunter pants forever... I was subjected to wearing leather >.<

They give stamina and crit rating for those who are unsure why to give up agility.
However you do lose the attack power.
But the materials to make these are simple enough to ask a friendly leatherworker to make both.

If Borean Leather is selling for 44s or less, these can be crafted and sold to a vendor for profit.
Edit: Why would this be ranked down? These pants sell for 5g 35s 64c. 12 pieces of leather at 44s each would be 5g 28s. Not much profit, but it does put a set bottom price for borean leather. Why sell it for cheaper?
