Купил 4-ую (по моим наблюдениям, конечно, хотя где-то месяцок я не заглядывал на ЧР) накидку в своем игровом мире за 421К.
p.s. 1-ая ушла то ли за 6К, то ли за 10К - в самом начале Дренора.

Купил в свое время в БК ее за 10$. Сегодня решил посмотреть, сколько она стоит (фрост дк нарядить захотелось).

Currently, it takes 2000 UDE points to purchase this item from the UDE store. Each booster pack of WoW trading cards comes with a point card that is redeemed online for points. Each card is worth 100 points. Therefore, 20 booster packs would have to be bought to attain this tabard.

When you've got the required amount of cards or w/e needed, can you buy this for all chars on your account, or is it a one time deal? May be offtopic, but I wonder if the same thing goes for panda/diablo/netherwhelp (collector's edition pets).

There is a few misleading comments floating around on other sites, and the order confirmation from UDE isn't too helpful either. To clarify, this is what you need to do in order to obtain a Tabard of Frost.

1. You will need at least 2000 UDE points redeemed at the UDE website. (Approx. £45 - £55.)
2. Visit the UDE points store and redeem/trade-in your 2000 points.
3. Your order confirmation page will contain a long code.
4. Visit http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/misc/promotion.html (Same address for EU.)
5. Select the region and realm, then enter the long code from UDE.
6. You will be given a shorter code - give this code to Landro Longshot in game.

Note: You only get one Tabard of Frost, and it is soulbound.

Where does it come from and how hard is it to get?
The Tabard of Frost comes from the World of Warcraft TCG (trading card game) UDE points program
Rarity: 2,000 UDE Points
Distribution: Booster boxes contains 2,400 UDE points and cost approx $60 USD (inc. shipping), therefore the average cost of obtaining this particular loot is $50.00

How much would I expect to pay for one off eBay or similar?
According to http://www.wowtcgloot.com/tabard_of_frost.htm (most information sourced from there), the lowest Buy It Now price starts around $9 USD upwards to $13 USD, with the average quantity listed hovering around 5 items.

One of only epic tabards in-game.
Useable at any level and therefore available for twinks.

How does the UDE Points program work?
Each WoW TCG booster pack includes a UDE Points card with with a unique 9 character code. These codes are worth 100 points each and are redeemable by registering (for free) at the offical website http://www.ude.com/points. Once you have sufficient points to purchase one of the three items, you will have the option to purchase a unique 25 digit code. During the checkout process you will need to select the region (US or EU) of your receiving game character.

I have the 25 digit loot code, now what?
All accounts from every region in the world use http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/misc/promotion.html to redeem any and all special loot. This webpage allows you to enter the 25 digit promotion code and also select the region and realm for the character that will receive the loot item.

Upon succcessfuly submitting the above information, you will be presented with an in-game code. Write this code down or print it out; you will need it to retrieve your item. Log into the game with the character that is to receive the item and travel to Booty Bay in Stranglethorn Vale. There, you will need to find a goblin by the name of Landro Longshot. He is located on the lower parts of Booty Bay on the docks, and should be easily recognised due to the fact that he has a distinctive purple shirt and two body guards next to him.

When you find Landro, he will first ask if you are here for a promotion, and then ask you which TCG expansion your item comes from (or Points Redemption); check your loot card if you are not sure which item that is. Ensure you have got bag space to hold the item!

What loot can I redeem with UDE points?
Currently only the Tabard of Frost, Perpetual Purple Firework, and the Carved Ogre Idol are available through the UDE point program. Conversely those three items are not available on TCG loot cards. The two programs are separate. More items are expected to be frequently added to the UDE points purchase list.

Also, to have the confimation code work, you seem to have to logout and shut down all addons. Several people have reported their frustration on not being able to get rtedemption items until they logged out, logged in again, and shut down all addons.

My Mage is a 70 Draenei Frost Mage, I can only see half of it and it doesn't match my robe. Be careful equipping these because they might not match your gear. I got a Frost one and my gear is red!

The tabard is actually listed as "Blue Tabard" when you talk to Landro Longshot, not "Tabard of Frost".

Is this item still usable within the game? Like, if I get a code for it, can I still redeem it, as its saying the item is no longer available in the game.

Unless you buy this for an arm and a leg, this is no longer available to get since Blizz cut ties with UDE.

I've had this in my bank for years now, but suddenly it vanished. I wasn't really paying attention as to when, but there was most definitely a blank spot where it had been with my other "rare" tabards (Scarlet Crusade, etc.). I am going to put in a ticket and will let you know if they have an answer.

Update: The GM couldn't find any record of it ever being attached to my account. Then, I happen to look in void storage (doh, I forgot about that). It was there! Now the GM wants to have an investigative team look into why it didn't show up for him in the first place. His exact words were, " I'm seeing that this was an item won through the Trading Cards - which is probably one of the reasons why it was hard to find!" and "Now I know you stated this was out of your control though, so please rest assured I have already made notes to your account showing both of our confusions; and have sent a report on your behalf to our investigative team - just to make sure more solutions do get looked into.".

That is good customer support in my eyes.

This is an excellent tabard from the WoW TCG. I obtained mine many many years ago from eBay for $25... they are now worth a considerable amount more because the points used to obtain the code for this item(UDE Points) are now grandfathered.

The tabard looks great on my 19 twink gnome rogue.

Today i have seen this on my realm (Drak'Thul EU) on Black Market for 500k... Nice tabard, but for so much money o_O
