Patch 2.0 has recently changed the agility-to-RAP ratio such that 1 Agility now only provides 1 RAP, as opposed to 2.

This Axe is thus less than ideal for Hunters, as a Hakkari Warblade (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=19865) and a Core Hound Tooth (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=19865) provide a more ideal combination. Proof:

Dooms Edge: 16 Agility + 15 Agility Enchant = 31 RAP

Warblade of the Hakkari: 1% crit + 15 Agility Enchant + 28 AP = 43 RAP and 1% Crit

Core Hound Tooth: 1% crit + 15 Agility Enchant + 20 AP = 35 RAP and 1% Crit

The Warblade and CHT are obviously preferable over a Doom's Edge with the change. I am one person who was hit by this, as I picked up a Doom's Edge about a month before the patch.

I currently got a lvl 53.5 Hunter Dwarf on the Realm: Thorium Brotherhood and I train espiecally fast and I can only train on Restless so........ I do Greatly agree giving it to Hunter's first not just because of it's look's but mostly because of it's Stat's and you put this freeking weapon with say.......... >

Firey
Demonslaying
Lessor or Minor Beastlayer
and maybe Crusader for the Dark Look's on such as a Rogue.

But as soon as I hit lvl 60 on my Dwarf Hunter I am def. gonan go try getting this in Blackwing Lair.

Im playing on an RP-PvP serv so its very cool Rp weapon but would be cooler if you could wield 2 of them.

This weapon is easy to farm by any class (at lvl 85) that can remove themselves from combat. It only drops from Death Talon Overseers, which can be found in the rooms that Firemaw and Ebonroc patrol in. The simple way to farm the Death Talon Overseers is:

1. Engage them in combat.

2. Drag the group off to the side and kill only the Death Talon Overseer(s).

3. Vanish/Invisibility/Shadowmeld/Feign Death/etc.

4. The entire group will reset because you didn't kill something else in it. You can loot the Death Talon Overseers that you killed and wait for your cooldown to come back up before killing them again. :)

I was able to get this to drop by doing the same tip thegrimreefer suggests on getting Драконье возмездие although it took some time on my shammy having no aggro dumps I eventually got it after two hours :S ( screen submitted) looks fantastic with my The Earthfury Good luck ^^

Unfortunately there is no way to reset the packs between bosses to farm for this drop.
