For Dreamweaver's Soulbind, Волшебная пыльца seems pretty useless for a priest.
We already have Левитация, which has no cooldown, and lasts 10 minutes and can be right-clicked off any time.
Why is Faerie Dust listed as the better option, when it only happens when you fall further than 20 yards, lasts 30 seconds, and only occurs once per minute? Plus, you can't even control when it happens.
I'd personally prefer to go with Somnambulist instead. A slight 30 minute speed boost from any rested area for a class, especially this specialization, that already has a relatively limited mobility.
