Grove Invigoration is a passive that increases health and mastery. Additionally it gives you 8 stacks when you activate Fae Guardians

Run Without Tiring is useful if you need to kite away and heal at the same time, something you normally can't do as a Shadow Priest.

Due to the long cooldown of our only interrupt, Silence, Niya's Tools: Poison isn't very powerful for us, but the Potency conduit is.

Bonded Hearts provides you with a little more mastery if you can find someone who isn't Night Fae

Podtender gives you a pseudo cheat death.

Field of Blossoms gives you a decent haste buff, but requires you to stand in one spot for the duration.

Dream Delver grants a clean 3% damage buff for dealing damage to enemies

Wild Hunt Tactics is great for that initial burst of damage, especially if you're able to cast Shadow Word: Madness on a brand new target.

Face Your Foes is fairly niche, but can be useful for progression.

First Strike is better for Mythic + than the extra Potency slot.

Wild Hunt Strategem further buffs Shadow's execute

For Dreamweaver's Soulbind, Faerie Dust seems pretty useless for a priest.
We already have Levitate, which has no cooldown, and lasts 10 minutes and can be right-clicked off any time.
Why is Faerie Dust listed as the better option, when it only happens when you fall further than 20 yards, lasts 30 seconds, and only occurs once per minute? Plus, you can't even control when it happens.
I'd personally prefer to go with Somnambulist instead. A slight 30 minute speed boost from any rested area for a class, especially this specialization, that already has a relatively limited mobility.
