Don't be like me and think you can dragonride while being Orweyna, it's static flying so quite easy to get to top of the tower.

For some reason this quest seems bugged to me. As soon as i talk to her the game launches me to the overseer table where i'm i'm either stuck, get dc. I have turned off all addons, but nothing helps. Anyone else got this?

This is the dumbest quest I've been on in a LONG time!
everytime I get to a goblin, I get targeted, and "sneak" doesn't work if I listen in.
Then I die in seconds, over and over again. If this wasn't part of the campaign
I'd abandon this in a heartbeat and never revisit it.

Important points that made all the difference for me:

Stealth isn't for keeping up indefinitely, it's for responding to being targeted.

Flap fast when not stealthed.

Anyone else find it a bit immersively breaking and weird, how Renzik's chat lines have no voice-acting to them, when Orweyna's and Gazlowe's are... and all 3 speak together during hand-in... with this random empty gap in sounds in places? :S

UPDATE: now that I'm playing the undermine story chapters too... seems they're doing the exact same thing. Orweyna+Gazlowe have voice lines, Reznik does not... >.<

Another quest with totally un-in-tu-itive mechanics that makes me think it was made by new devs that don't know WoW gameplay very well. For example, why does stealth not work like it does for every other character and class and quest like this in the game?

Anyway, whoever made it, they did not do a good job; you should not have to come to Wowhead first to find out how a quest like this is supposed to work without it being annoying.

EDIT added after finishing questline: On the positive side, overall I really enjoyed this storyline as a whole (although I wish they'd given Renzik the Shiv a voice actor, poor guy). It did a great job of leading into the Undermine(d) patch, for which I am pretty hyped. So, credit where it's due.

EDIT 2: why on earth does Wowhead's profanity filter trigger for the word un-in-tu-itive?

got to the find information part of the quest and any time i get close to where i need to go it kicks me from the bat but i can not use the talent needed to due to i am not the bat anymore i have tried restarting the quest and still same bug

Some helpful things I wish I'd known:

Orwena is an old-style flying mount. This is not readily apparent. and is how you get to the top of the tower.
Only the rocket chickens can "see" you. The goblins cannot. Just walk past them. Hit your stealth to break targeting.
Three of the first four Listening points can be reached by just walking to them. Since the air units won't target you on the ground it's a lot easier than trying to fly to them, in fact.

When you fly up to the top of the tower hit Stealth right when you go over the top edge to break the initial chicken targeting (it's slow), get to the center and Listen to completion, and then immediately Stealth again to break the second targeting and drop over the side.

After reading the other posts here, for which I am quite thankful, I realized that in each "listening spot," there is a * symbol and a O as in sonar symbol. There are 4 places to listen--which I mined from below and from the dots on the mini map. One is the tall tower. The second is a pavillon near Gazlowe about 90 degrees on the other side of the long bridge on the cliff. The third is ON the bridge, and the forth is in the doorway of the unworking elevator on the hill.

Once you finish the 4, you get a storyline where you maneuver your flight form to get the information along the cave wall, not far from the elevator tower, and then fly across to the Foreman's office. You visited that earlier in the chain and found the MEK right beside it after the moles if that helps.

There are LOTS of drones that are excellent at fireworks as you fly across the chasm, but if you hit #3 and go into stealth mode, you can get them to disengage for a small bit while you're stealthed. Once you arrive and enter, it goes to a cutscene, and then it returns you automatically to the location of Gazlowe.

If you see your health is diminishing and you want to break to auto-heal, you can land beside Gazlowe as you listen and use his spot as a safe space. They don't target you there. I used this often.

And the rhythm I used was #1 listen and then bam his #3 asap after so they didn't notice me. If you do "die" it just drops you back at Gazlowe. You don't lose the buffs you had before you became our new druid friend when you drop out, and you keep the quest progress. Just talk to her again and retake her form.

Remember once it's done, it's done because of the nature of warbands. Unless you want to repeat it.
