I couldn't pick this up on an alt who hadn't done the campaign

So I started trudging through the max-level campaign, starting with quest where you see the ships come in

After a handful of quests, including going down into the archives and visiting the Delves, Renown, and upgrade guys, I saw Webster nearby and he offered the Our Chance to Strike, which is the breadcrumb quest to start this questline

For all I know, he could've been there the whole time. But if you don't see him or can't start the questline with the Vizier, and haven't done any of the max-level campaign, try doing a few quests until he shows up

You can speak to Kriz the "Loyal" to enter storybook mode. Storybook mode is essentially a follower raid. This is perfect for people who don't want to go through the whole raid but want to complete their quest lines. Happy questing!

To enter story mode (for the boss fight) you can ask Kriz the "Loyal" (location: 32,64)

Not sure if this is intended or a bug on my end. Killing the boss did count in the vault as a raid boss kill.

How to Start the Story Mode Unlock Questline

Prerequisite: Finish the first chapter of the max level War Within story campaign. (This is probably what you're missing on your alts)
Start the story mode questline by picking up the Our Chance to Strike Our Chance to Strike quest from Webster (/way 31.6 62.8) in Dornogal.
Complete the short questline in Azj-Kahet ending with the To Kill a Queen. Story mode difficulty (soloable) can be entered by talking to Kriz the Loyal. /way 31.47 64.00 Kriz the "Loyal

If you don't find Webstar in Dornogal and haven't played the campaign with the alt yet, do the following:

Go to Dalaran.
Complete the introduction for TWW (there should be 3 quests in Dalaran).
In Dornogal, dont do the Storys, use the skip for the quests.
Complete the follow-up quests until you finish Chapter 1/5, which should take about 5-10 minutes.

Now you should see Webster in Dornogal to receive the quest.

Works for me. :)

The quest rewards here don't say it, but you get 5000 Severed Threads rep with I think who you have chosen your pact with this week, or just The Vizier(but that's who I had chosen this week). But when I turned the quest in, I only received 2500 rep with The Vizier, and then 2500 with Severed Threads. The 2500 Severed Threads rep doesn't mean anything because it needs to go towards either The Weaver, The Vizier, or The General to actually count. So the quest rewards need updated to actually give you 5000 rep correctly.

Executor Nizrek is the quest giver in Azj-Kahet in the floating necropolis above the Ara-Kara, City of Echoes entrance and is available after A Shot at the Top.

Kill Queen Ansurek in the raid Nerub-ar Palace on any difficulty.

You can use the new Story Mode difficulty to enter the raid solo and kill Queen Ansurek.

To enter the raid in Story Mode, speak with Kriz the "Loyal" located north-west of the entrance to the raid Nerub-ar Palace

The raid itself is pretty simple. You will be put into a group with 9 other NPCs (assuming you are doing it solo). They are all from the Expedition Escort 'guild'. The first seven you have likely seen if you did follower dungeons or did Exile's Reach.

Captain Garrick - Protection Paladin, Female Human
Warlord Breke Grimaxe - Protection Warrior, Female Orc
Henry Garrick - Holy Priest, Male Human
Crenna Earth-Daughter - Restoration Druid, Female Tauren
Shuja Grimaxe - Elemental Shaman, Female Orc
Austin Huxworth - Beast Mastery Hunter, Male Worgen
Meredy Huntswell - Fire Mage, Female Dwarf

To fill out the last few spots, you are given 2 more NPCs that you have likely not met before.

Kybel - Devastation Evoker, Dracthyr
Bo - Windwalker Monk, Male Pandaren

Granted, I was doing this on my Mage, so I'm not sure who would be the NPC that would take up the DPS spot if I decided to do this raid as a tank or healer.

Anyway, on to the fight!

Adds will spawn - kill them. You'll get rooted - just break the root. Avoid AOEs. The NPCs are quite good with mechanics, so you only really need to worry about yourself. In fact, it is perfectly OK to tunnel vision the boss, even! The NPCs will take care of everything else.

The only mechanic you need to watch out is when the arena start to get engulfed with the void starting from the edges. There is a hole in the middle. When the void is close, jump into the hole. You will be spit out into an "alternate version" of the fight where the void has been switched with solid, non-void ground (and vice versa) and you should land onto safe ground.

I searched for Nizrek everywhere, but finally found him not in Dornogal, not at the entrance of the raid, but in the flying building over the City of Thread straight above, quite a way up, of the dungeon entrance.

Really sucks that the rep is for The Vizier even if you have maxed his rep out and/or have another Pact :/

You can complete the quest in LFR as well as solo.

After completing the raid you can repeat this raid encounter by talking with Kriz again... which is currently a very good way to test addons and fine-tune them in a raid environment without bothering other players. The instance can be completed multiple times.

Description

Tightening her grip on the citizens is something I expected of the Queen but forcefully ascending the population of the Burrows is too far. Queen Ansurek has fallen far greater than I ever expected. I can't sit idly by and watch her lead our people to ruin. The time is now. We must kill Queen Ansurek and lead the people to a brighter future. Otherwise who knows how far she will fall.
