You must queue up through the NPC (follower dungeon). You can't do it normally and get quest credit.

on live, i have no idea why, but completing the rookery dungeon on normal mode via random dungeon finder DID NOT give me credit for this quest. completing the dungeon with the auto queue and followers DID give me credit for the quest from killing the last boss. seems like a bug but who knows.

If you've cleared the first part and you don't know why "Corruption Purged from Stormperch" isn't completing, it's because the whole thing is Stormperch it seems, and the next quest objective (the next boss) is directly underneath. Keep going down the stairs and complete the dungeon.

The fact they force you to do a follower dungeon when almost everyone would prefer to queue it via LFG is insane. Hope this gets fixed and allows you to complete the quest on any difficulty.
Especially with how bad the follower ai is sometimes. Had the tank and healer leave on me.

I HATE that you are forced to do it in Followers mode. I don't like that mode. I did it normal, was fun, but didn't count for the quest.

Don't mind the "Corruption purged from Stormperch", it gets auto-completed when you defeat the final boss of the dungeon.

Tried to do this in a group of 2 but the npc guys didn't show up. Anyone else have this problem? Do you have to do it solo? They quest says up to three players so I don't get it.
*Edit* did the dungeon 2 man, but it was quite a bit longer to do with no dps.

I'd like them to add the ability to do this quest on any difficulty. Follower is nice for the first time, I took it slow and enjoyed the story. But now doing it again on a second character, I'd rather blast through it with a group rather than deal with the follower cpu. hopefully they update it

really sucks that you don't have the option to do this as a regular non-follower dungeon. i had been perfectly happy never even touching followers up until this point...

I, for one, am SO happy they added this since I've never enjoyed dungeons with pugs who just want to run, literally RUN, through dungeons. I'm old and slow and this follower mode is absolute heaven for me to play any role on any toon solo without having to level up above the intended level in order to get something done.

Just had a weird problem with this quest.

When I talked to the NPC and asked to queue, I would get the "you do not meet the requirements for this dungeon" message.

Spent some time going around, trying to figure out what I had missed, but couldn't find anything. Tried relogging, nothing worked.

So I figured maybe I was still somehow in Chromie Time at level 72. I had just finished leveling this character to 70 on Chromie time, but never returned to Stormwind. I used the teleport straight from Legion Dalaran to Silithus, then the portal from the Chamber of the Heart back to Legion Dalaran from where the adventure sets off.

I actually went and talked to Chromie, but she had nothing to say. Went back to Dornogal, now it worked.

My working theory here is that I was still somehow stuck in Chromie Time and going back to Stormwind actually disabled it.

So, if anyone is having this same issue, try going back to your capital city.

You have to queue for the dungeon through the NPC or it will not complete.

Many of the dungeons have quests associated with them. Some of them are campaign quests, so you'll need to do the associated storyline to do them:

I was looking for the quest, so I could unlock high level delves. Couldn't find it. Turned out it was because I was 80 and I had low level quests hidden. You can show them in the world and map by right clicking your map and choosing to see low level quests.

Calling the Stormriders

Meet Baelgrim outside the Stormperch, then speak with him to follow him into The Rookery. This challenge may be completed solo or with up to 3 party members.

Description

I know the Unbound can repair and unblock the Coreway expediently--but I also know the nerubians. If they see an opportunity for an ambush, they will take it. With our backs turned and our focus on the Coreway, we are prime targets. I need to rally my Stormriders and form a perimeter around Dornogal in case of an attack from within or from without. Meet me outside of the Stormperch. I will call upon my troops there.
