This is the seventh quest of eight, in an optional quest chain you can do, that will lead you to the new Mythic dungeon (EDIT: When I wrote this comment, only Mythic existed. With 10.1.7 patch, a heroic version will be introduced) called Dawn of the Infinite. By optional, I mean you don't actually have to do it to start running Mythics inside it. However, if you would like a little bit of lore, you can begin this quest chain by flying to the top of the Seat of the Aspects, in Valdrakken, and speak to Nozdormu .

This particular quest will take you inside Dawn of the Infinite Mythic dungeon. To start the Mythic, once you have a full party, you need to talk to one of the dragons inside, and let them know you're ready to go.

If you already learned the toy, this quest will reward Chromie's Certificate of Temporal Tidiness instead.

Ok, I am a bit confused on this. I have this quest, but I don't see any location for entering this dungeon. Also, this dungeon doesn't show up in the heroic dungeon LFD list. Where do I go to enter this dungeon, and why isn't this listed in LFD?

If you are doing the quest, Dawn of the Infinite: Murozond's Rise is the correct LFG dungeon.

In case you're wondering where to pick this up and then turn it back in, the quest giver is Nozdormu at the Temporal Conflux in Thaldraszus.

Does anyone by chance has a list of the quests that need to be done and the ID to check for completion?

I was in this altered time where the one Dragon tried to save his fellow and Nozdormu just wanted to let things play out.
Afterwards there was a bit of discussion, they left, I have no follow up quest anywhere, no toy and am phased next to Dawn of the Infinite Dungeon Entrance.

Would really appreciate any kind of input and/or help.

I tried the dungeon Uldaman: Lagacy of Tyr, in LFG available in Follower Dungeons.
I saw the same Chrono-Lord Deios listed in this dungeon.
