This is based on a side quest quests given by Nozdormu when he is in the Seat of the Aspects.

If, for some reason, you get here, probably on an alt, and there is no one to meet you, go back down to the Thaldraszus/Valdrakken side of the valley below. To complete the Gelikyr Overlook and Drawing Conclusions portions of the Sojourner of Thaldraszus.

This is one of the only negatives of allowing our alts the freedom not to follow the storyline. If I had followed this line - even though they were side quests, I would have hit my reputation with Valdrakken much faster because these were initially worth 1000 rep points. I'm only getting 100-150 of reputation on them when I'm in Paragon status.

Like others, I skipped these quests on this alt also because I thought I had done them with our main character and wanted to advance to the new stuff. There were not the "REQUIRED QUESTS" with the brown shield around the exclamation mark. But, from what I can tell, these should have been done within two months of the beginning of Dragonflight or at least from the time we started doing the Temporal Conflux storylines.

What is worse, is I'm doing them now on this alt that is already geared at 419 (makes them a little easier), because some of the gear drops are great and would have beat anything I was doing in other areas.

This storyline did not make alot of sense back in the beginning when everyone was talking about the possibilities of what was going to happen based on what they saw on the PTR, but it is very relevant to the game as of the week of release of the 10.1.5. There seems to be some good storyline to help you understand the rifts and Nozdormu/Murozond storyline. It may be just side quests for information, but you will want to do them if you are a storyline/lore person.

Does anyone know how the sandy area works? The part after Tyr that splits to Morchie or Battlefield. My groups clear over to the battlefield portal, chromie activates it, but then no one is able to walk through it until we clear all the way over to Morchie, and sometimes i've killed all the infinite caster guys and still couldn't go through either portal.
