Both spawns seem to have a pretty long re-spawn time for a quest mob.
Not sure if this is intentional or not, but just wait it out.

The Tyrhold Conduit extra action button works on the two enemies who drop these, who are otherwise elite and over 1 million HP. It'll still stun them for a few seconds and leave a lasting debuff causing them to take 100% extra damage.

Primary Security Disc dropped by Maiden of Diligence, at around 58, 53.

Hi all

I present You Storyline The Silver Purpose which is part of Achievement Friend of the Dragon Isles. To unlock This Storyline You need to have Renown Level 12 with Valdrakken Accord.

Quests in order I done:

1. Ally of Dragons - Quest from Herald Flaps will appear when You will reach Renown Level 12 with Valdrakken Accord. Go to see Alexstrasza at the Seat of the Aspects in Valdrakken.
2. The Gift of Silver - Speak with Alexstrasza the Life-Binder conversation will start after collect Silver Scale.
3. The Legacy of Tyrhold - Fly to 58.15 58.74 and place Silver Scale then press on console.
4. The Magic Within - Use 6 console: /way 57.87 55.56 /way 58.33 57.75 /way 58.32 59.57 /way 59.85 56.37 /way 59.85 61.18 /way 57.85 61.93, then back to NPC and place Silver Scale.
5. A Spark of Discovery - Speak with Titan Spark and follow it killing all mobs in way.
6. Memories of the Past - First speak with Nozdormu Conversation and memories will start after finish speak with NPC one by one from left starting. When You finish this quest just wait.
7. Parting Instructions - Place the Silver Scale at the forge in Tyrhold 60.51 58.74 then press on Forge Console.
8. Hard Lock Life - Get 2 items ( This 2 mobs have long rfespawn time - just wait for them ):
- Primary Security Disc drop from Maiden of Diligence /way 57.65 63.63
- Secondary Security Disc drop from Maiden of Patience /way 57.91 53.65
Use Tyrhold Conduit on elite if need it :) is on extra bar. when you finish quest just wait.
9. Halls of Infusion: An Infusion of Materials - You need to go to Dungeon Halls of Infusion ( I go LFG normal or HC and was wait few min ) and do two things:
- 10xAncient Titansteel Ingot - All drop Watcher Irideus 1st boss.
- Slay last boss Primal Tsunami.
10. The Silver Purpose - First place Ingots on front side of forge. then activate Left and Right Forge Console Video will start. This Quest is finishing Storyline.

Did they really have to add 1.2million HP mobs that will three-shot you, while having a ton of mobs around them? Another badly designed quest.

Is this bugged? It won't let me damage anything around The Maiden of Diligence. I can target her, and click the Titanic Overload, which works, but nothing else does. My buttons stop working, so can't damage her any further, or any of the mobs that suddenly appear. Can't even defend myself. Is it bugged, or is this Blizzards idea of a fair fight? Am I doing something wrong? I'm always dead before the counter counts down so I can't ever hit Titanic Overload a second time. WTF? I only got this because another player came and killed her. Anyone know why they could attack, but I couldn't?

I did this while also doing the Fifth Challenge of Tyr: Ingenuity. There are 2 items you are given, one for the silver scale questline, and one for the Tyr Challenge. Use the silver scale one first, then the tyr challenge, and the maidens become VERY easy to down.

...Of course, getting the Challenges of Tyr to line up perfectly isn't easy, but do use the thingy you're given by Koranos at the very least.

Yeah, if you're a squishy caster like my mage/priest, forget about doing this quest. She'll take you down before you even get a chance to stand long enough to fire off one spell... and that's if the mobs around her don't get you first.

Does not require level 70 as the page would have you believe. Alts can pick up this quest line- and struggle to complete if a squishy caster

If you don’t have coordinates, as. You sit in the middle looking toward the central stairway, the primary security disc is a giant lady walking around to your left side in the front on the ground level.

Description

The security in the forge is stricter than in any other area of Tyrhold. This will be quite a challenge for us, <class>. Only certain units around the citadel have the capability to bypass this security, and the protocols to unlock require more than one code in case of corruption. These units will not want to relinquish their overrides, you may have to take them by force. Be careful, <name>.
