If you can't find the desires items like I did at first..

Detonator: 51,44/14,27
For the people without coords:
If you remember the enormous open space after the first boss, Fleshrender Nok'gar in iron docks, where you could use those big iron stars at the mobs ahead. It's at the left end from that of this big platform (at the water) at the stairs, next to a container and a huge bomb.

Explosives: 56,42/15,14
For the people without coords:
Up the ramp after you've seen Yrel (or after the Grimrail enforcers (the 3 bosses-encounter in iron docks) if you remember the dungeon) then walk next to the rails. When the rails end, the first left. Left right after again on that dock place and there they are.

This appears to have some issues currently, there are about 30 of us (Alliance and Horde) waiting where Durotan should be to turn this in.

/reload seems to help

I'm having a lot of issues with this quest. I don't know about Durotan not being where he needs to be, but I can't click on the Explosive Charges or the Detonator. They're highlighted like they're suppose to be, but the gear icon to use them doesn't show up, it's like both are part of the background. Any advice on this would be amazing. Thank you.

If you don't have flight and you happen to leave the area without completing this quest like I did, you can return by taking the flight path back, then turn north and go around the coast back to the inlet where Sammy Fivefingers stands on the east side. Then just resume the quest from there.

This quest isn't too bad, you just have to have patience.The way I did it was I made my way toward the detonator and explosive charges by veering to the left side of the docks (water to the right, facing the entrance, where you landed is behind you, just head to the left wall). There's level 100 elites that roam around, but as long as you keep a distance, they'll leave you alone. I just worked my way back, picking off the grunts who were usually alone or in groups of 2. Sometimes others will walk around, but rarely did I have to fight off more than 2 at a time.

There's items that you can sabotage along the way, including some boats. I don't recommend jumping into the water until you've completed this quest because even though there are ladders back up to the docks, there's usually a level 100 elite or large groups of grunts. Doing this solo, I didn't think I could take 5 or 6 grunts at a time. You'll also get targeted from the air, but if you step to the side as soon as you see the arrow above your head, you should be able to avoid getting hit.

Just head straight back, taking your time, killing off all the grunts that come along. You'll find the detonator and explosive charges then straight back, you'll be able to turn in the quest, then blow up the train.

The next quest is Hook, Line & Sink Him which continues the journey along the docks, but this time you have help, so it's a little easier.

Description

Some orcs have spoken out against Gul'dan, and they've been taken prisoner. One of them is what you'd call an engineering prodigy: Solog Roark, "The Iron Shipwright." This guy's good. Designed all these docks, as well as the big dreadnaughts you fought around Shattrath.

If my scouts are right, he's in a prison train as we speak... And I betcha he'd be willing to defect!

Gather up some explosives and meet Durotan next to the train to the south.
