I think, taken in the context of the zone and quests, his name sounds like "emo"...his aunt says he's a bit dramatic and he seems rather cynical

Head east, near the rocky mountain. If you stay close to the mountain as you ride you'll avoid being attacked by a Thunderbird. You'll find Nemo--ahem, Yi-Mo--lying on the ground near a ledge.

Location is 81,7 and lying near the edge of the cliff overlooking the penninsula

I found him at coordinates 81.29, 6.9, overlooking the cove where the Horde ship is in Zhu Province.

I'm not sure if he has been moved since I have not done this quest before today, however I found Yi-Mo at 85.6, 0.6.

I hope this helps players completing this quest in 2019 (Battle for Azeroth).

Look for Yi-Mo Longbrow somewhere northeast of Zhu's Watch.

Description

My nephew, Yi-Mo, has always been sort of a downer. When this wave of despair hit the town, he took it harder than most. He sat around for days refusing to eat, just staring off into the horizon.

Now he's wandered off toward the cliffs northeast of here, where the thunderbirds nest and hunt.
