Observations during beta:
There are 5 cannons on the levee facing the boss mob.
Right-clicking each one sets its fuse to fire at the boss.
So I ran from one to the next clicking each one, then back to the first to repeat the cycle.
But after several cycles, the cannons were doing no discernible damage.
So I started casting ranged spells at the boss between each cannon click and eventually succeeded.

There are few cannons in front of Pride of Azshara. Use them to deal damage.
Once you made a cannon shoot there's clooldown starts, use other cannons.
Each cannon deals damage equal to 10% of Pride of Azshara hp.

Little advice to my fellow rogues: don't Shadowstep, you'll jump right down and sacrifice yourself for the cause :)

Edit: Also don't use Death fom Above :/

When you are instanced for this quest, you join any other players that are currently on it as soon as you hit Accept. Amusingly, this can mean that, while you are in the intro cutscene where Queen Azshara is making her villain speech, you can potentially complete the quest due to the other players killing the huge elemental.
This is exactly what happened to me, as I accepted the quest, saw the cutscene, and saw 2 players and the quest giver saying that we won the battle! I was like 'WTF, I didn't do anything!" If you want to complete the quest for dramatic reasons, just abandon the quest and re-accept it, you'll be put back at the beginning of the fight.

I thought the model was fascinating. Having, what looked to be maybe a dedicated hand servant as the heart of this creation? I felt it was anti-climatic. "Oh behold my pride of Azshara blah blah blah..." and it just stands there...waiting for me to run back and forth to each cannon and shoot it to death. Didn't even fight back. I did not have to do anything but shoot those cannons that took about 30k or so health each time they were fired. And when it died, it just disappeared. No other words of anything, except to hand in the quest. I felt a bit disappointed. I'm sure this comment isn't as helpful as the others, more of a rant, but it seemed like that whole area was glitched and suffering from cross realm zone disasters.
Easiest quest you will do so far.

This quest is rather reminiscent of the quest to kill Tethyr in old Theramore. A giant sea monster that you have to defeat by running back and forth between cannons? Yep, this is Tethyr 2.0.
But a lot easier.

2a. Freedom for the Sea	Lieutenant Bauer - You need to kill 6 Bound Seasurge they are on west on beach.	Lieutenant Bauer
2b. A Bit of a Bind	Lieutenant Bauer - You need to kill Binder Sa'thress next to Her will stand Servant of Neptulon He will help you after you attack. Don't forget to pick up Songstone from Her body.	Lieutenant Bauer
2c. Caught in the Net	Lieutenant Bauer - You need to free 5 villagers. They are in cages on beach to open them you need to get Fishbone Key ( drop from Zeth'jir Scaleguard and Zeth'jir Tidecaller they are aroung cages and is high drop rate ).	Lieutenant Bauer
3. The Shifting Tides	Lieutenant Bauer - You need ot go to Fort Daelin is on north use bridge to get there.	Rikal

5. You're a Shark	Rikal - Speak with him again. You will be transform in to the shark. Shark will move forword you can only move left right top down, You need to swim on 20 Zeth'jir Deepfighter to eat them, You don't need to use any skill to eat. You have only skill 4 for return - don't Use it after 20 eats you will be teleported back.	Rikal

WARNING : For all of you dear late unlockers of the achievements required to get the Kul Tirans Stormsong and Dance and more specifically From the Depths

The following quests Caught in the Net and Freedom for the Sea are UNAVAILABLE from Lieutenant Bauer while the "Naga Attacks!" WQ is active !

It's pointless to ticket a GM, you'll have to wait for the WQ to disappear.

The frustration is big especially since the Naga WQ length is quite long.

Patience to all of you for unlocking your Kul Tirans.
